In patent No. 2317, a device for selectively calling telephone sets is described, and the selective effect is accomplished by applying a call to each device that has one polarized and another non-polarized electromagnets, the windings of which are divided into 2 sections, included as that the call comes into effect only when sending a positive or negative impulse to one of four circuits: from one or another wire and earth, or from two wires of a line and earth, or from two wires of a line without earth.

The present invention is a modification of the aforementioned device and aims to use new circuits, which gives several new variations of the same system. There are only two such circuits, each of which is composed of one linear wire and earth, used as a straight wire, and another linear conveyance, used in the return wire. No. 2317, 6 circuits are obtained, in each of which the current can circulate either in one direction or in the other, so that as a result it is possible to send 12 different combinations of currents from both directions to the line. Then these 12 combinations can be combined in pairs with each other, i.e. to send. In-line two quickly followed by a combination of currents and get-, thus, 66 different options.

The same calls are used as call receivers as in device-. described in patent number 2317, but with the difference that the windings of the electromagnets are not four:; rex, only three sections and one. a quarter of the winding remains in. this case is not included (Fig. 1 2). Thus, in this and another type of receiver, a part of the windings is, as it were, superfluous, and

combinations where all three wires are involved (i.e., both linear wires and ground), half the winding of a polarized RI electromagnet, & B combinations, where only two wires are involved (i.e., band wire and the earth or both wires without the earth) is superfluous, half the winding and polarized electromagnet L.
