Description

The present invention relates to already known coupling devices with medium heads, rotating around their axles, and with double springs that receive both traction and impact forces, and is intended for the automatic coupling of railway vehicles, carried out by lightly pressing one vehicle onto another. Uncoupling them is done using a handwheel located on the side of the car, and so either when coupling or uncoupling the presence of a person between the cars is not required, the harmful space between them can be reduced and, therefore, the length of the train x can be shortened; In addition, unlike the conventional coupling, where buffer springs respond only to shock forces, in the proposed system, the existing springs perceive both shock and tractive forces, which increase the smoothness of the train.

In FIG. 1 depicts a view of a railway carriage, from the bottom, with a coupler mounted on it, in partial section; FIG. 2 is the same side view.

On each side of the cart there are two shock t bends.

6.rods 1 and 2 with 4 direct and reverse springs. At the opposite ends of each rod, a L-shaped coupling head 1 and a coupling 2 are fastened, so that whatever end of the cart would fit each other | to a friend, the head of one car becomes opposite to the clutch of the other. The rod 1 is pivoted and provided with a fist 15, which, by pressing on, slides along the beveled end surface of the cylindrical insert 12 in the glass 3. the rod 1, the rotation of the latter and the coupling of the T-shaped head 1 with the clutch 2 of the rod 2 of the adjacent car. The rods located at opposite ends of the car are connected through springs 4 with strings 6.

To fix one of the four positions of the head 1 when it is rotated, the rod 1 is provided with a tetrahedral thickening 10 and a spring stopper 13, and for turning the rod 1 to a position that allows the device to disengage and to prepare the device for the hitch, gear 8 is provided, which is able to engage the rake 8 located on the transverse shaft 7, provided for its axial movement
