Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что согласно способу очистки поверхности пресс-формы, включгиощему механическое удаление с поверхности пресс-форки налипшего алюминиевого сплава, в полость прессформ заливают расплав на основе цинка , охлаждают его, формиру отливку, после чего отливку удал ют из прессформы . Сущность предлагаемого способа, . очистки поверхности пресс-Формы заключаетс в том, что расплав на основе цинка при заливке его в пресс-форму и затвердевании закрепл ет в фор11етрую1дейс отливке частицы налишаего на поверхность прессфор№1 алюминиевого сплава и при , удалении отливки из цинкового сплава срезает налипшие частицы с поверхности пресс-формы. . . Предлагаеммй способ очистки поверхности пресс-формы позвол ет периодически произ водить очистку пресс- формы без ее разборки, что уменьшает затраты на ремонт ее и увеличивает съём отливок с прессформы .
