Description
Izum se nanaša na postopek izdelave filtra kot tudi na pripravo za izvedbo postopka po zahtevkih 1 in 13.
Tovrsten postopek oz. tovrstna priprava je znana iz evropskega patentnega spisa št. 260.267 in DE-PS 25 23 424, tam npr. za izdelavo vložkov za zračne filtre.
Če bi hoteli izdelovati filtrne vložke po postopku, opisanem v EP-PS 260.267, naletimo na pomanjkljivost, da po zgibanju filtmega gradiva le-to nedefinirano vteka v vijak, ki naj kot glavniku podoben del določa štrline. To nedefinirano predajanje utegne voditi k poškodbam filtmega gradiva in k iz tega izvirajočim netesnostim filtra.
Kotje opisano v DE-PS 25 23 424, bi se dalo zloženo filtmo gradivo vlagati v polž s pomočjo zamotanega prenosnika. To pa je zelo zahtevna naloga in bi postopek ter s tem tudi končni proizvod podražilo. Razen tega je pri tem več dela z montažo oz. nastavljanjem med obratovanjem.
Tako je naloga izuma, ustvariti postopek in pripravo, s katerima bo uspelo enostavno, poceni in bolj zanesljivo izdelovati tesne filtrne vložke.
Ta naloga je rešena z zahtevkom 1. Priprava za izvedbo postopka je opisana v zahtevku 13.
Pomembna prednost predstavljenega postopka je, da po vtiskavanju proge filtmega materiala vsaj dva glede na progo filtmega materiala vzdolžno tekoča zobata jermena skrbita tako za zgibanje kot tudi za definirano držanje razmika gub. To fiksiranje skrbi za neporušno oblikovanje filtmega gradiva.
Prednostna nadaljnja zasnova izuma predvideva, da se zloženi trak filtmega gradiva s pomočjo vsaj enega polža predaja z zobatih jermenov brezšivno, torej z malenkostnim prekritjem, tako daje trak filtmega gradiva voden brez prekinitve.
Nadalje lahko s pridom predvidimo, da ima priprava v nadaljevanju k zobatima jermenoma vsaj en polž v takem prekrivanju, da je zloženi trak filtrne proge voden brez prekinitve.
Nadaljnja prednostna značilnost izuma predvideva, da se stranska robova zgubane proge filtmega gradiva s pomočjo frekvenčnega generatorja in/ali s pomočjo preše s stranskima trakovoma zložita v tesne filtrske vložke.
Te in nadaljnje značilnosti prednostnih nadaljnjih izvedbenih korakov izuma izhajajo razen iz zahtevkov še iz opisa in skic, pri čemer se da posamezne značilnosti realizirati vsakokrat same zase ali po več skupaj v obliki podkombinacij pri izvedbeni obliki izuma in na drugih področjih in lahko predstavljajo prednostne kot tudi same zase ščitljive izvedbe, za katere se tu zahteva varstvo.
Izvedbeni primeri izuma in njegovih nadaljnjih prednostnih značilnosti so v nadaljnjem pobliže opisani sklicujoč se na priložene skice, v katerih kaže sl. 1 shemo naprave po izvedbenem primeru 1, sl. 2 shemo naprave po izvedbenem primeru 2, sl. 3 pogled od strani v smeri puščice III, sl. 4 shemo naprave po izvedbenem primeru 3, sl. 5 shemo naprave po izvedbenem primem 4.
Brezkončna proga 1 filtmega gradiva se najprej v vtiskovalni postaji 10 vtiskuje. Od ondod pride le-ta v vplivno območje gubalne postaje 11, natančneje povedano, med dva zobata jermena 2, ki z vtiski opremljeno progo 1 filtmega gradiva definirano gubata. Po zobatih jermenih teče zgubana proga 1 filtmega gradiva definirano naprej v polž 3. Ta polž 3 je brez težav zamenljiv in lahko vsebuje spremenljiv korak. Predno prijemali 7 iz penastega gradiva odvzameta zgubani filter, le-tega rezalna priprava 12 loči od proge 1 filtmega gradiva.
V izvedbenem primeru na sl. 1 proga 1 filtmega materiala tako teče med imobilizacijskima jermenoma 4, da je zagotovljeno definirano vodenje zgubane proge 1 filtmega gradiva od vstopa v zobata jermena 2 do odvzema s pomočjo glavnikastih elementov 6 predajne postaje 5.
V izvedbenem primem 2 se dodatno k varianti, omenjeni v izvedbenem primeru 1, s pomočjo zlagalne postaje 14, zlasti s frekvenčnim generatorjem 16 in prešo 17, k progi 1 filtmega gradiva zlaga trak 8. Tu je predajna postaja 5 podprta s prijemali 7 iz penastega gradiva.
V izvedbenem primeru 3, predstavljenem na sl. 4, je predajna postaja 5 podprta z glavnikastimi elementi 6. Ti glavnikasti elementi 6 prevzemajo zgubano progo 1 filtmega gradiva iz območja polža 3, tako da proga 1 filtmega gradiva ne more zavzeti nedefiniranega stanja. Ko glavnikasti elementi 6 s progo 1 filtmega gradiva prispejo na pravo mesto, se vključi rezalna priprava 12, predajna postaja 5 pa v glavnikastih elementih 6 definirano fiksiran kos proge 1 filtrnega gradiva poda v postajo 15 za tlačno litje, v kateri se kos proge 1 filtrnega gradiva obrizga z umetno snovjo.
V izvedbenem primeru 4, predstavljenem na sl. 5, je za razliko od izvedbenega primera 3 dodana lepilna postaja 13, ki na progo 1 filtrnega gradiva nanaša lepilne gosenice 9, ki služijo tako trdnosti kot tudi tesnosti filtra.
Claims (23)
- Patentni zahtevki1. Postopek izdelave cikcakasto zgubanega filtra, predvsem iz brezkončne proge filtmega gradiva (1), pri čemer progo (1) filtrnega gradiva najprej opremimo z vtiski za predpripravo zgibanja, zatem pa z vtiski opremljeno progo filtmega gradiva zložimo po vtiskih, s tem ko jo vpeljemo in fiksiramo v vsaj dveh medsebojno razmaknjenih, glede na progo (1) filtmega gradiva zgoraj in spodaj razporejenih in glede na progo (1) filtmega gradiva vzdolžno tekočih zobatih jermenih (2).
- 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, pri čemer s pomočjo vsaj enega polža (3) v nadaljevanju zobatih jermenov (2) progo (1) filtmega gradiva vodimo dalje z definiranim razmikom gub.
- 3. Postopek po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer zgubano progo (1) filtmega gradiva vodita vsaj dva glede na progo (1) filtmega gradiva vzdolžno tekoča imobilizaijska jermena (4).
- 4. Postopek po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer z vtisnjenji opremljeno in zgubano progo (1) filtmega gradiva za potrebe odvzema z brezkončne proge odrežemo.
- 5. Postopek po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer zgubano in fiksirano progo filtmega gradiva odvzemamo s pomočjo prevzemne priprave (5).
- 6. Postopek po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer prevzemno pripravo poganjamo z glavnikastimi elementi (6).
- 7. Postopek po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer prevzemno pripravo (5) poganjamo z elastičnimi elementi, predvsem prijemali (7) iz penastega gradiva.
- 8. Postopek po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer okoli zložene in fiksirane proge (1) filtrnega gradiva zložimo trak (8).
- 9. Postopek po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer stranska robova zgubane in fiksirane proge (1) filtmega gradiva oplaščimo neposredno z umetno snovjo.
- 10. Postopek po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer v lepilni postaji (13) na zgubano in fiksirano progo (1) filtmega gradiva nanesemo vsaj eno lepilno gosenico (9).
- 11. Postopek po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer progo (1) filtmega gradiva zložimo s pomočjo visokih frekvenc.
- 12. Postopek po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer progo (1) filtmega gradiva zložimo s pomočjo visokega tlaka.
- 13. Priprava za izdelavo cikcakasto zloženega filtra, predvsem iz brezkončne proge (1) filtmega gradiva, pri čemer ima priprava za predpripravo zgibanja vtiskovalno postajo (10), pri čemer vtiskovalni postaji sledi gubalna postaja (11), pri čemer ima priprava vsaj dva medsebojno razmaknjena, glede na progo (1) filtmega gradiva zgoraj in spodaj razporejena in glede na progo (1) za filtmo gradivo vzdolžno tekoča zobata jermena (2).
- 14. Priprava po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer ima priprava kot nadaljevanje zobatih jermenov (2) vsaj en polž (3).
- 15. Priprava po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer ima priprava dva glede na progo (1) filtmega gradiva vzdolžno tekoča in vodenju služeča imobilizacijska jermena (4).
- 16. Priprava po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer ima priprava rezalno pripravo (12).
- 17. Priprava po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer ima priprava prevzemno pripravo (5), predvsem s prijemali (7) iz penastega gradiva.
- 18. Priprava po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer ima priprava glavnikaste elemente (6).
- 19. Priprava po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer ima priprava gubalno postajo (14).
- 20. Priprava po enem ali več predhodnih zahtevkih, pri čemer ima priprava postajo (15) za tlačno litje.
