Claims (15)
- POSTOPEK ZA PRIPRAVO FLOKULIRNIH POLNILNIH DELCEV PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI1. Postopek za pripravo flokulirnih polnilnih delcev, ki vsebuje sledeče korake: a) pridobimo vsaj dve vodni suspenziji, od katerih vsaka vsebuje vsaj en polnilni material, označen s tem, da i) prva vodna suspenzija S1 vsebuje vsaj en flokulirni aditiv A in ii) druga vodna suspenzija S2 vsebuje vsaj en flokulirni aditiv B, ki je drugačen od flokulirnega aditiva A in iii) da je vsaj en polnilni material v prvi vodni suspenziji S1 in drugi vodni suspenziji S2 drugačen, in b) kombiniramo vsaj dve vodni suspenziji pridobljeni pri koraku a), tako da ju damo skupaj, da oblikujemo vodno suspenzijo SM flokulirnih polnilnih delcev, pri čemer je razmerje mase vsaj enega polnilnega materiala v prvi vodni suspenziji in drugi vodni suspenziji S1 : S2 od 1:100 do 100:1, označen s tem, da se korak b) izvede tako, da se simultano združi prvo vodno suspenzijo S1 in drugo vodno suspenzijo S2.
- 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da je Brookfieldova viskoznost prve vodne suspenzije S1 in/ali druge vodne suspenzije S2 in/ali vodne suspenzije SM manj kot 5000 mPa-s pri 25°C, po možnosti manj kot 1000 mPa*s pri 25°C in raje med 10 in 200 mPa*s pri 25°C.
- 3. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da je vsaj en flokulirni aditiv A kationski polimer, ki je izbran iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo: kationski škrob, poliamini, polietilenimini, poliakrilamidi, kationski amin amid, epiklorohidrinove smole, polidialildimetilamonij klorid, kationski guar in/ali mešanice le-teh, po možnosti je vsaj en flokulirni aditiv A kationski škorb.
- 4. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da je vsaj en flokulirni aditiv B anionski polimer, ki je izbran iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo: karboksimetilna celuloza, anionski škrob, anionski guar, anionski ksantanski gumi in/ali mešanice le-teh, po možnosti je vsaj en flokulirni aditiv B anionska karboksimetilna celuloza.
- 5. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da je vodna suspenzija SM strižno obdelana med in/ali po postopnem koraku b), po možnosti pri vsaj dveh korakih pri različnih strižnih hitrostih in raje pri vsaj dveh korakih pri različnih strižnih hitrostih, pri čemer je prva strižna hitrost nižja od druge strižne hitrosti.
- 6. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da je vsaj en polnilni material izbran iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo material, ki vsebuje kalcijev karbonat, kot na primer mleti kalcijev karbonat, obarjeni kalcijev karbonat, modificirani kalcijev karbonat, smukec, glina, dolomit, marmor, titanov dioksid, kaolin, kremen, aluminij, sljuda, aluminijev trihidrat, magnezijev hidroksid, plastični pigmenti, hibridni material, ki vsebuje organsko polnilo in anorganski kemijski sestavek in mešanice le-teh, po možnosti je vsaj en polnilni material obarjeni kalcijev karbonat.
- 7. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da sta vsaj en polnilni material v prvi vodni suspenziji S1 in vsaj en polnilni material v drugi vodni suspenziji S2 različna in vsaj en polnilni material je izbran iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo materiali, ki vsebujejo kalcijev karbonat, kot na primer mleti kalcijev karbonat, obarjeni kalcijev karbonat, modificirani kalcijev karbonat, smukec, glina, dolomit, marmor, titanov dioksid, kaolin, kremen, aluminij, sljuda, aluminijev trihidrat, magnezijev hidroksid, plastični pigmenti in mešanice le-teh, po možnosti je polnilni material v prvi suspenziji S1 mleti kalcijev karbonat in polnilni material v drugi suspenziji S2 je izbran izmed obarjenega kalcijevega karbonata in/ali gline.
- 8. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da je vsebnost vsaj enega flokulirnega aditiva A v prvi vodni suspenziji S1 od 0,001 do 20 utežnih odstotkov, raje od 0,5 do 10 utežnih odstotkov in najraje od 3 do 5 utežnih odstotkov celotne mase prve vodne suspenzije S1 in/ali da je vsebnost vsaj enega flokulirnega aditiva B v drugi vodni suspenziji S2 od 0,001 do 20 utežnih odstotkov, raje od 0,1 do 10 utežnih odstotkov in najraje od 0,2 do 0,8 utežnih odstotkov celotne mase druge vodne suspenzije S2.
- 9. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da je vsebnost vsaj enega polnilnega materiala v prvi vodni suspenziji S1 od 1 do 85 utežnih odstotkov, po možnosti od 15 do 65 utežnih odstotkov in najraje od 10 do 40 utežnih odstotkov na podlagi celotne mase prve vodne suspenzije S1 in vsebnost vsaj enega polnilnega materiala v drugi vodni suspenziji S2 od 1 do 85 utežnih odstotkov, po možnosti od 15 do 65 utežnih odstotkov in najraje od 10 do 40 utežnih odstotkov na podlagi celotne mase druge vodne suspenzije S2.
- 10. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da je masno razmerje vsaj enega polnilnega materiala v prvi vodni suspenziji in drugi vodni suspenziji S1:S2 med 99:1 in 1:99, po možnosti med 95:15 in 5:85, najraje med 70:30 in 30:70.
- 11. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da je vsebnost trdnih delcev vodne suspenzije SM, pridobljene po postopnem koraku b) od 1 do 75 utežnih odstotkov, po možnosti 2 do 60 utežnih odstotkov in najraje 5 do 35 utežnih odstotkov na podlagi celotne mase vodne suspenzije SM.
- 12. Postopek za pripravo flisa, ki vsebuje korake a) in b) postopka po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1 do 11, označen s tem, da je vodna suspenzija SM flokulirnih polnilnih delcev, pridobljenih po postopnem koraku b) kombinirana v nadaljnjem koraku c) s sintetičnimi in/ali naravnimi vlakni in dobljena suspenzija SMF je podvržena koraku odstranjevanja vode d), da se dobi flis.
- 13. Postopek po zahtevku 12, označen s tem, da se korak odstranjevanja vode d) izvede na mreži, po možnosti prek posode za razdeljevanje papirne mase papirnega stroja.
- 14. Flokulirna suspenzija s polnilnimi delci, označena s tem, da imajo polnilni delci mono-modalno distribucijo velikosti delcev in s prostornino definirana polidisperzija velikosti delcev je izražena kot cela dolžina pri polovici maksimalne višine (FWHM) manj kot 45 pm in s prostornino določeni srednji velikosti delcev (cfeo) v razponu od 5 do 50 pm.
- 15. Uporaba flokulirne suspenzije s polnilnimi delci po zahtevku 14 pri premazovanju papirja in/ali nanosih na papir na mokrem delu, po možnosti pri visoko-polnilnih nanosih na papir na mokrem delu ali za cigaretni papir.
