Abstract

A device for e.g. during anaesthesia to produce an artificial airway comprising a so-called throat tube which has an outlet (12) for implementing a tracheal tube equipped plate for pressing against the patients lips or teeth, as well as an intra-tracheal tube (3) which extends itself down into the patients throat and there is a holder (7) set up at the plate (1) for the tracheal tube. According to the invention, the intra-tracheal tube (3) is shaped like a curved tube with a rounded exterior shape and the holder (7) is placed at the side of this. The holder is shaped as a sprung clip which is soft or flexible relative to the tracheal tube and which appropriately has the shape of a lengthwise or helical curved slit-open (12) casing (11). The plate can additionally have one or more lines (13) in order to facilitate fixing and locking of the tracheal tube by a band.<IMAGE>
