PATENTKRAV 1• satt att framstalla sintrade kiselkarbidfornstycken, kannetecknat ddrav, att man blandar kiselkarbidfibrer mom erhgllits genom spinning av organiska kiselforeningar med htig molekylvikt, I vilka kol och kisel Sr huvudskelettkomponenterna, genom ett smdltspinningsforfarande, torrspinningsfOrfarande eller vdtspinningsfOrfarande till filament av 5-100 pm, vdrmning av de bildade filamenten yid under 300°C i luft for att buds icke-smdlta filament, utsattning av de icke-snalta filamenten fOr forsta varmningvid 350-800°C under vakuum for att forflyktiga de kvarvarande arna med lAg molekylvikt och darefter brOnning av de sa behandlade filamenten vid 800-2000°C under atmosfar av vakuum, inert gas, CO-gas eller vatgas,med gtminstone ett or bindemedlen som valts bland
