Abstract

A door and/or window construction, principally intended to be temporarily fitted to an existing doorframe or window frame, in the case of a fault in a permanent door or window. The temporary door or the window itself is made up of two or more face-to-face sections (4a, 4b), which are lockable (5) in one or more positions relative to each other. The frame's upper and lower supports (3c, 3d) are made up of two (3c', 3c", 3d', 3d") or more parts, which are movable relative to each other. The frame's vertical parts are divided, with an upper frame part (3a', 3c, 3b') carrying an upper half door (4a, 4b) and a lower frame part (3a", 3c, 3d") carrying a lower half door (4a', 4b').
