The utility model relates to components of collapsible furniture, in particular to parts of a general-purpose metal cabinet made of sheet steel. The technical result of the shelf is to reduce its metal consumption and installation labor intensity. The technical result is obtained by a shelf of a collapsible metal cabinet made of sheet steel by bending it, containing an upper wall, rear and side flanges, and a front wall. Moreover, brackets are fixed to the lower side of the shelf on its upper wall, connected by a crossbar, the rear and side flanges are made flat at a right angle to the upper wall and are intended for their insertion into the hooks of the side walls, partition and rear wall of the cabinet. The front wall has an L-shaped profile with a bend inward of the shelf, the end of each bracket attached to the upper wall has an L-shaped part in cross section, which is attached to the upper wall with its upper plane. The other end of each bracket is made in the form of a hook, and the crossbar is located between the hook and the L-shaped part of the bracket. Description

The utility model relates to components of collapsible furniture, in particular, to general-purpose metal cabinets made from sheet steel.

Removable shelves for cabinets are known, containing walls reinforced with stiffening ribs, a shelf support with the ability to move the removable shelves in height (RU 193986 U1, 22.11.2019).

There are known metal shelves for cabinets, each of which is made of a solid steel sheet, which is a rectangular product with sides along the perimeter and holes in the sides for attaching the shelf to the side walls of the cabinet and to its back wall, and a pair (Metal shelf for a cabinet. The prototype has closed box-shaped sides in section, significantly increasing the metal content of the shelf, the holes in the sides are used to attach the shelf to the side walls of the cabinet and to the back wall with fasteners, complicating the installation of the shelf in the cabinet.

At least in one corner area of the location of the side and rear flanges, cutouts are made at the ends, forming a recess for the protruding part of the cabinet located in it.

The side flanges of the shelf are directed with their edges downwards and are made flat to fit tightly into the hooks of the side walls of the cabinet, which have recesses.

The shelf includes an upper wall 1 (Fig. 1, 2), flat rear and side flanges 2 and 3, 4, respectively. The shelf includes a front wall 5, which in cross-section has an L-shaped profile (Fig. 2) with a bend 11 inside the shelf for the purpose of injury safety and increasing the rigidity of the front wall. Brackets 6 are fixed on the lower side of wall 1, in the openings of which the ends of a crossbar 7, round in cross-section, are freely located. Flanges 2 and 3, 4 of wall 1 are made at a right angle to the upper wall. Flanges 3 and 4 are intended for their insertion into hooks 8 (Fig. 3, 4), which are made on the side walls 9 of the cabinet and on the partition 10 of the cabinet. The upper end of each bracket 6, attached to the wall 1 of the shelf, has in cross-section an upper L-shaped part 12, having a flat upper surface 13, tightly adjoining the lower surface 14 of the upper wall 1 of the shelf. The other end of each bracket 6 is made in the form of a hook 15.

Each end of the round crossbar 7 is located in the opening 16 of the bracket between the hook 15 and the L-shaped part 12 of the bracket 6.

At least in one corner zone of the location of flat flanges 2, 3 (Fig. 1), they have cutouts 17 at the ends, forming a recess 18 for the protruding part of the cabinet located in it. Brackets 6 are fixed as close as possible to flanges 3 and 4 with screws located in holes 19 (Fig. 1, 2), which are made in wall 1 of the shelf, which gives additional rigidity to wall 1 of the shelf.

The grooves shown between the holes 19 serve to orient the brackets during their installation to the wall 1 of the shelf by inserting the bracket elements into them (elements not shown).

The shelf works on bending from the loaded crossbar 7. The shelf assembly is carried out at the assembly points at the consumer. The assembled shelf together with the brackets and crossbar is hung on the hooks 8 of the cabinet (Fig. 4) in one downward movement. After this, the flat flanges of the shelf are additionally fastened with screws to the partition, the rear wall of the cabinet and its side walls.

The above-disclosed design features of the shelf have made it possible to significantly increase the convenience of installing the shelf in the cabinet. The shelf is universal, it can be used both in a single-door and in a two-door cabinet with partitions 10 divided into separate sections of the cabinet, as shown in Fig. 3.

A shelf of a collapsible metal cabinet, made from a steel sheet by bending it, containing an upper and front wall, side and rear flanges of the upper wall, and brackets fixed to the shelf from its lower side, in the holes of which the ends of the crossbar are installed, characterized in that the side flanges are made flat at a right angle to the upper wall and are intended for their placement in the hooks of the side walls of the cabinet and in the hooks of the partition, the front wall of the shelf has an L-shaped profile with a bend inward of the shelf, the upper end of each bracket, fixed to the upper wall of the shelf, has an L-shaped part in cross-section, which is fixed with its upper plane to the upper wall of the shelf, the lower end of each bracket is made in the form of a hook, and the crossbar is located between the hook and the L-shaped part of the bracket. 2.
