Abstract
FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: sheet flaky polymer wear-resistant composite material contains at least one structural layer made of polymer composite material that contains polymer binding agent and fibre filler, at that polymer binding agent is selected from the group including phenol-formaldehyde resin in the form of novolak, or phenol-formaldehyde resin in resol form, or polyether resin, and fibre filler is polyoxadiazole fibre or mixture of polyoxadiazole fiber and cotton fiber, with content of polyoxadiazole fibre in its mixture with cotton fibre, at that external structural layers are arranged as having equal thickness, and internal structural layers are arranged with equal or unequal thickness. Sheet flaky polymer wear-resistant composite material may contain alternating structural and damping layers, where damping layer contains binding agent, such as phenol-formaldehyde resin in the form of novolak, or phenol-formaldehyde resin in resol form or polyether resin, as fibre filler is cotton fibre or glass fibre, at that number of structural layers exceeds number damping layers by one layer, and every external structural layer of sheet material is arranged with equal thickness, internal structural layers are arranged with equal or unequal thickness, and every damping layer of sheet material is arranged with equal or unequal thickness.
EFFECT: improvement of material wear-resistance, products of frictional purpose made from it have higher service life.
