Abstract

The object of the utility model is a portable shower for use in campsites or during car trips, as well as during construction or repair work, when sanitary facilities are unavailable. The portable mobile shower consists of a folding awning and a frame, water tanks and a hose with a shower head. The shower frame is firmly attached to the walls of the housing and is located inside the housing, made in the form of a suitcase, in which two tanks for clean and dirty water are placed. A water pump is installed in the clean water tank, to which a flexible hose is connected, at the end of which there is a shower head with a water pump switch. The dirty water tank also has a drain hole for placing a click-clack plug. The clean and dirty water tanks have filling and draining holes that are closed with plugs. The folding awning is made of waterproof material, firmly attached to the frame and closed with a clasp. It is also possible to install a water heater with a thermostat in the clean water tank. The object of the utility model is a portable shower for use in campsites or during car trips, as well as during construction or repair work when sanitary facilities are not available.

Campsites often have sanitary areas where sanitary buildings can be used. These buildings are used by many people, and questions often arise about whether they are hygienically safe enough. On the other hand, if you are travelling by car and camping in places where there are no sanitary facilities, it is not possible to take a bath. There are many professions in the world in which thousands of people do not have access to a shower, even truck drivers. Only a few TIR car parks have permanent showers, and given that there are more than 100 drivers in such a car park at the same time, the hygienic condition of the showers in such car parks leaves much to be desired. In addition, during construction or renovation work, when toilets are not yet built or are not available, there is a need for convenient places to wash.

Simple mobile shower solutions are known. The most common of these is a small cabin on a self-folding lightweight frame, similar to small tourist tents. A lightweight lid with a closing inlet is attached to the frame. The created shower cabin has no floor. Bathing occurs either by pouring water from a container with water inserted inside, or, in a more advanced version, with the help of a pump connected to the end of the hose. In both cases, there is a problem with used water. In cabins without a floor, used water with detergent flows out, polluting the surrounding space. In a cabin with a floor, the problem is even greater, since water must be removed from inside the cabin, and the surrounding area is polluted in a similar way. Such cabins are easy to fold and unfold, and take up very little space, but they do not allow for washing them with heated water and do not provide for the possibility of environmentally friendly disposal of used water. It is impossible to use such a shower in a truck cabin.

From the description of the Chinese utility model CN211796086U [IPC A47K3/022, published on 30.10.2020], a portable mobile shower is known, including: a folding awning, a shower head, a hot and cold water mixer, a water pump assembly, a control unit, a water bucket, a heat-protection bucket, a wastewater bucket, an awning support, a ceiling, a side body, a wastewater tank, a floor grate, a mounting base for a water pump, a first water pump, a second water pump, a third water pump. The folding tent consists of a frame, a ceiling, a side body, a wastewater tank, and a floor grate. The roof is inserted from the outside of the upper part of the frame, and the side body is inserted from the outside of the lower part. The side body is connected to the ceiling using a zipper. The waste water tank is installed on the lower side of the tent frame and is located on the inner side of the side body. A floor grate is attached and installed above the waste water tank. The shower is suspended and installed on the upper support of the frame. Despite its high consumer qualities, the shower is difficult to disassemble and assemble. Using such a shower in a truck cabin is simply impossible due to the large number of components that need to be assembled and then disassembled.

The main objective of the claimed utility model is to create a design that, on the one hand, would meet the user's expectations, would be easy to assemble and disassemble, would take up little space when folded and, at the same time, would provide comfort and would be environmentally friendly.

The technical result is to ensure ease of assembly and disassembly of the device, as well as its compactness when folded.

The technical result is achieved by developing a portable shower consisting of a folding frame and awning, water tanks and a hose with a shower head. The folding frame is located inside the case, made in the form of a suitcase, and is firmly attached from the inside to the walls of the case, in which the clean water and dirty water tanks are located, while a water pump is installed in the clean water tank, to which a flexible hose is connected, at the end of which there is a shower head with a water pump switch and a water heater with a thermostat. In the dirty water tank, an opening is made for placing a click-clack drain plug, both tanks have inlet and outlet holes twisted with plugs. The folding awning, made of waterproof material, is firmly attached to the frame and closes with a clasp.

It is optimal to make a container for clean water in the shower body, located next to the container for dirty water, in the same plane and connected by side walls, while the drain of dirty water into the corresponding container occurs through a drain hole closed by a click-clack type plug.

It is advisable to place a container for clean water above a container for dirty water in the shower body, while draining dirty water into the corresponding container through a drain hole closed with a click-clack plug and a channel in the container for clean water, insulated with a gasket.

It is preferable to make the frame of the portable shower from four interconnected chambers, designed with the possibility of filling with compressed air through at least one lockable opening.

It is optimal to place four lockable openings in the frame of a portable shower for the rapid entry/exit of compressed air.

It is recommended to make the frame of the portable shower from folding tubes made of elastic material.

It is preferable to make the frame of the portable shower from Igelite plastic.

It is rational to make the body of a portable shower in the form of a suitcase, equipped with a handle and wheels.

The portable shower consists of a frame 9, a housing 21 made in the form of a suitcase, a folding awning 10 and a hose with a shower head 11 (Fig. 1). The frame 9 is securely attached to the walls of the housing 21 (Fig. 6, 7). The housing 21 of the portable shower contains two containers - a container for clean water 12 and a container for dirty water 13 (Fig. 4, Fig. 5), and in one of the embodiments is equipped with side wheels 8, facilitating its movement and a handle 5 (Fig. 8). Containers 12 and 13 can be located next to each other in the same plane and connected by side walls (Fig. 4), or one under the other (Fig. 5). In the embodiment, when the chambers are located one under the other, the drain of dirty water passes through a drain hole 4, closed with a click-clack plug, and a channel in the container for clean water 12, isolated from it through a gasket (Fig. 5). A water pump 3 is installed in the clean water tank 12, to which a flexible hose 11 is connected, at the end of which there is a shower head with a switch 15 of the water pump 3. In the dirty water tank 13 there is a drain hole 4, closed with a click-clack plug. Both tanks have inlet and outlet holes 6 and 7, closed with plugs. A folding awning 10 of a portable shower, made of waterproof material and closed with a fastener 16 (Fig. 2), is attached to the frame 9. The frame 9, in one of the embodiments, consists of four air chambers connected to each other, filled with compressed air, and has an inlet/outlet hole 14 for air (Fig. 3). The frame 9, in one embodiment, may contain four lockable input/output openings 14. The frame 9 of the portable shower may also be made of collapsible tubes made of elastic material, preferably igelite, inserted one into the other (Fig. 7). In the tank for clean water 12 there is a heater 1 with a thermostat 2, which heats the water to the desired temperature, made with the additional possibility of adjusting the desired water temperature using the thermostat 2. The water heater 1 and the water pump 3 are powered from the cigarette lighter socket of the car with a voltage of 12V DC or 24V DC depending on the car, or from the existing electrical network via an electrical cable with a plug 22.

Water, in one embodiment, can also be heated by an external gas flow water heater 19 with a gas cylinder 20 and supplied by a water pump 3 to a shower head 11. In this embodiment, the water pump 3 is equipped with a two-way valve 17, with manual or electric switching. Water is directed by means of the water pump 3 to a quick-release coupling 18, from which water flows to the external water heater 19 and then to the shower head 11.

When folded, the portable shower resembles a suitcase. It is portable and has wheels on the shower body, so you can drive it to a source of clean water and pour it into the filler neck of the clean water tank. Then, to heat the water, the heater in the clean water tank, or instantaneous water heater, is connected to an available power source and the thermostat knob is set to the desired temperature. The water heater and water pump are powered through an electrical cable with a plug from the cigarette lighter socket of the car with a voltage of 12 VDC or 24 VDC depending on the car, or from the existing electrical network. The type of heater depends on the type of power source. Water can also be heated by external gas instantaneous water heaters available on the market and supplied to the shower head by a pump installed in the clean water tank, for this it is necessary to switch the water valves from the outlet of the shower head to the gas instantaneous heater, from which water will continue to flow to the shower head. The water heating to the desired temperature will be indicated by the thermostat indicator or sound signal. The folding shower tent is unfolded on a flat surface, the hand air pump is connected to one of the frame chamber valves, and the frame air chambers are filled with compressed air. The frame chambers are straightened, the folding tent is unfolded, forming side walls and a ceiling. In the version of the shower with a frame made of plastic tubes, the frame assembly and subsequent disassembly are performed manually by the user. On one of the walls of the tent there is a fastener, unfastening which you can get inside the shower. Inside the tent, the user activates the water pump button located on the shower pipe. The water pump begins to pump heated water. Heated to the temperature value set on the thermostat, the water begins to flow from the shower head. In the lower part of the shower, a chamber for dirty water opens if you press the mushroom of the click-clack drain plug. As the dirty water flows down, it is drained by gravity into the dirty water tank. After finishing the shower, the user should push the click-clack drain plug, which will close the dirty water drain hole. After exiting the shower, it should be left to dry. Then the air is removed from the frame chambers by unscrewing the inlet/outlet valves of the frame, the wall and ceiling material is folded and placed in the body, and the body with two tanks for clean and dirty water is closed with a zipper. The folded shower should be taken to a place with running water, unscrew the plug of the dirty water compartment and drain the contents of this compartment. A similar procedure is performed if the frame is made in the form of tubes, while the tubes are folded, inserted one into the other, and packed in a suitcase.

A portable shower consisting of a folding frame and an awning, water tanks and a hose with a shower head, characterized in that the folding frame (9) is located inside the housing (21) made in the form of a suitcase and is securely attached from the inside to the walls of the housing (21), in which the tanks for clean water (12) and for dirty water (13) are located, while a water pump (3) is installed in the clean water tank (12), to which a flexible hose (11) is connected, at the end of which there is a shower head with a switch (15) of the water pump (3) and a water heater (1) with a thermostat (2) is installed, and in the dirty water tank (13) an opening is made for placing a click-clack drain plug (4), both tanks (12) and (13) have inlet and outlet openings (6) and (7), respectively, screwed with plugs, and the folding awning (10), made of a waterproof material, securely attached to the frame (9) and closed with a clasp (16). 2.
