A device for the preparation of non-alcoholic carbonated drinks, including a saturation pump - dispenser, supra-piston and sub-piston cavities, which are connected by water supply with 5 pipelines with a valve box, gas supply pipelines respectively with a carbon dioxide source and a water source, a syrup container (see A.S. The device operates as follows.

There it is also fed gas-liquid mixture of water and carbon dioxide prepared in a saturator 3.

Saturation metering pump 8 releases the required amount of carbonated drink into the filling heads 12.

After filling the bottles with the drink are transported to the cork tightening system on the bottle 9, and then to the system 10, where glue is applied to the bottle and the label is glued. Then the finished bottles are transferred to the system 11, where they are packaged in several pieces (6-12 pieces) in a plastic container.

Thus, the proposed device is a complete technological cycle for the preparation and bottling of drinks in bottles, as well as their packaging.
