Claims (11)

1. Горячештампованная заготовка, содержащая основной металл и слой покрытия, сформированный на поверхности основного металла, при этом
слой покрытия включает граничный слой, промежуточный слой и оксидный слой в порядке со стороны основного металла,
граничный слой содержит сплав Fe-Al, имеющий микроструктуру, которая содержит один или более видов, выбираемых из α-Fe, Fe3Al и FeAl, причем доля общей площади сплава Fe-Al составляет 90% или более,
промежуточный слой содержит фазу Fe-Al-Zn, которая содержит один или более видов, выбираемых из Fe(Al,Zn)2, Fe2(Al,Zn)5 и Fe(Al,Zn)3, причем доля общей площади фазы Fe-Al-Zn составляет 50% или более,
средний состав промежуточного слоя содержит, мас.%: Al 30-50 и Zn 15-30,
и средняя толщина пленки оксидного слоя составляет 3,0 мкм или менее, а содержание Mg в оксидном слое составляет 0,05-1,00 г/м2.
2. Горячештампованная заготовка по п. 1, в которой средняя толщина пленки граничного слоя составляет 1,0 мкм или более.
3. Горячештампованная заготовка по п. 1, в которой общее содержание Al и Zn в слое покрытия составляет 20-100 г/м2.
4. Горячештампованная заготовка по п. 2, в которой общее содержание Al и Zn в слое покрытия составляет 20-100 г/м2.
5. Горячештампованная заготовка по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой доля общей площади фазы Fe-Al-Zn в промежуточном слое составляет 90% или более.
6. Горячештампованная заготовка по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой слой покрытия дополнительно содержит, мас.%: 0,1-15 Si, а промежуточный слой дополнительно содержит фазу Fe-Al-Si, которая содержит один или два вида, выбираемых из Fe3(Al,Si) и Fe(Al,Si), причем доля общей площади фазы Fe-Al-Zn и фазы Fe-Al-Si составляет 90% или более.
