Abstract

La lámina de acero galvanizada de alta resistencia incluye una lámina de acero laminada en frío que tiene una composición específica y una microestructura que tiene una relación de área de martensita de 7% o más y menos de 25% y una relación de área de ferrita de 50% o más y que incluye una porción de superficie de metal base en la cual la cantidad de óxidos internos por un solo lado es de 0.05 g/m2 o menos; un compuesto intermetálico, formado en la lámina de acero laminada en frío, que contiene Al de 0.12 g/m2 o más y 0.22 g/m2 o menos y Fe2AI5 con un tamaño de grano promedio de menos de 1.0 µm; y una capa de galvanización formada en el compuesto intermetálico. La capa de galvanización contiene 0.3% = Al% = 0.6% (Al% representa el contenido (por ciento en masa) de Al en la capa de galvanización) y tiene una rugosidad superficial Ra de 0.8 µm o más y 1.6 µm o menos y un brillo (valor G) de 550 o más y 750 o menos. En la capa de galvanización, la relación de orientación del plano basal de zinc Zn (002)/(004) es de 60% o más y 90% o menos.
