Claims (37)
1. Каталитическое изделие, содержащее подложку, содержащую входную сторону и выходную сторону, первую зону и вторую зону,
где первая зона содержит катализатор предотвращения проскока аммиака (ASC), содержащий металл платиновой группы на носителе и первый катализатор SCR;
где вторая зона содержит катализатор, выбранный из группы, состоящей из дизельного катализатора окисления (DOC) и дизельного экзотермического катализатора (DEC); и
где первая зона расположена выше по потоку перед второй зоной.
2. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором первая зона содержит
а. нижний слой, содержащий смесь: (1) металла платиновой группы на носителе и (2) первого катализатора SCR;
b. верхний слой, содержащий второй катализатор SCR, причем верхний слой расположен поверх нижнего слоя.
3. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором носитель содержит кремнийсодержащий материал.
4. Каталитическое изделие по п. 3, в котором кремнийсодержащий материал содержит материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из: (1) диоксида кремния, (2) цеолита с отношением диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия, превышающим 200, и (3) оксида алюминия, легированного аморфным диоксидом кремния, с содержанием SiO2≥40%.
5. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором металл платиновой группы присутствует на носителе в количестве от приблизительно 0,5% масс. до приблизительно 10% масс. от суммарной массы металла платиновой группы и носителя.
6. Каталитическое изделие по п. 2, в котором в указанной смеси весовое отношение первого катализатора SCR к металлу платиновой группы на носителе составляет от приблизительно 5:1 до приблизительно 100:1.
7. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором первый катализатор SCR содержит медь.
8. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором первая зона и вторая зона расположены на одной подложке, и первая зона расположена на входной стороне подложки, а вторая зона расположена на выходной стороне подложки.
9. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором подложка содержит первую подложку и вторую подложку, при этом первая зона расположена на первой подложке, а вторая зона расположена на второй подложке, и первая подложка расположена выше по потоку перед второй подложкой.
10. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором первая зона содержит
а. нижний слой, содержащий металл платиновой группы на носителе;
b. верхний слой, содержащий первый катализатор SCR, при этом верхний слой расположен поверх нижнего слоя.
11. Способ снижения выбросов вредных веществ из потока выхлопных газов, включающий контактирование потока выхлопных газов с каталитическим изделием по п. 1.
12. Каталитическое изделие, содержащее подложку, содержащую входной конец и выходной конец, первую зону, вторую зону и третью зону,
при этом первая зона содержит второй катализатор SCR;
при этом вторая зона содержит катализатор предотвращения проскока аммиака (ASC), содержащий смесь (1) металла платиновой группы на носителе и (2) первого катализатора SCR;
при этом третья зона содержит катализатор («катализатор третьей зоны»), выбранный из группы, состоящей из дизельного катализатора окисления (DOC) и дизельного экзотермического катализатора (DEC); и
при этом первая зона расположена выше по потоку перед второй зоной, и вторая зона расположена выше по потоку перед третьей зоной.
13. Каталитическое изделие по п. 12, в котором
ASC включен в первый слой;
катализатор третьей зоны включен во второй слой, который распространяется от выходного конца на длину, которая меньше полной длины подложки, при этом второй слой расположен поверх первого слоя и имеет меньшую длину, чем первый слой; и
второй катализатор SCR включен в слой, который распространяется от входного конца на длину, которая меньше полной длины подложки, и который по меньшей мере частично перекрывает первый слой.
14. Каталитическое изделие по п. 13, в котором первый слой распространяется от выходного конца на длину, которая меньше полной длины подложки.
15. Каталитическое изделие по п. 12, в котором носитель содержит кремнийсодержащий материал.
16. Каталитическое изделие по п. 15, в котором кремнийсодержащий материал содержит материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из: (1) диоксида кремния, (2) цеолита с отношением диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия, превышающим 200, и (3) оксида алюминия, легированного аморфным диоксидом кремния, с содержанием SiO2≥40%.
17. Каталитическое изделие по п. 12, в котором металл платиновой группы присутствует на носителе в количестве от приблизительно 1% масс. до приблизительно 6% масс. от суммарной массы металла платиновой группы и носителя.
18. Каталитическое изделие по п. 12, в котором в указанной смеси весовое отношение первого катализатора SCR к металлу платиновой группы на носителе составляет от приблизительно 5:1 до приблизительно 100:1.
19. Каталитическое изделие по п. 12, в котором первый катализатор SCR содержит медь.
20. Каталитическое изделие по п. 12, в котором первая зона, вторая зона и третья зона расположены на одной подложке, и первая зона расположена на входной стороне подложки, а третья зона расположена на выходной стороне подложки.
21. Каталитическое изделие по п. 12, в котором подложка содержит первую подложку и вторую подложку, при этом первая зона и вторая зона расположены на первой подложке, и третья зона расположена на второй подложке, и первая подложка расположена выше по потоку перед второй подложкой.
22. Каталитическое изделие по п. 12, в котором подложка содержит первую подложку, вторую подложку и третью подложку, при этом первая зона расположена на первой подложке, вторая зона расположена на второй подложке и третья зона расположена на третьей подложке, и первая подложка расположена выше по потоку перед второй подложкой, а вторая подложка расположена выше по потоку перед третьей подложкой.
23. Способ снижения выбросов вредных веществ из потока выхлопных газов, включающий контактирование потока выхлопных газов с каталитическим изделием по п. 12.
