Claims (32)
1. Каталитическое изделие, содержащее подложку, содержащую входной конец и выходной конец, первую зону, вторую зону и третью зону,
где первая зона содержит второй катализатор SCR;
где вторая зона содержит катализатор предотвращения проскока аммиака (ASC), содержащий смесь: (1) металла платиновой группы на носителе и (2) первого катализатора SCR;
где третья зона содержит катализатор («катализатор третьей зоны»), выбранный из группы, состоящей из дизельного катализатора окисления (DOC) и дизельного экзотермического катализатора (DEC);
где первая зона расположена выше по потоку перед второй зоной, и вторая зона расположена выше по потоку перед третьей зоной; и
где каталитическое изделие содержит пассивный адсорбер NOx (“PNA”).
2. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором первая зона содержит PNA.
3. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором вторая зона содержит PNA.
4. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором
ASC включен в первый слой;
катализатор третьей зоны включен во второй слой, который распространяется от выходного конца на длину, которая меньше полной длины подложки, при этом второй слой расположен поверх первого слоя и имеет меньшую длину, чем первый слой; и
второй катализатор SCR включен в слой, который распространяется от входного конца на длину, которая меньше полной длины подложки, и который по меньшей мере частично перекрывает первый слой.
5. Каталитическое изделие по п. 4, в котором первый слой распространяется от выходного конца на длину, которая меньше полной длины подложки.
6. Каталитическое изделие по п. 4, в котором первый слой распространяется от входного конца на длину, которая меньше полной длины подложки.
7. Каталитическое изделие по п. 4, в котором первый слой распространяется на полную длину подложки.
8. Каталитическое изделие по п. 4, в котором первый слой охватывает полную длину первой зоны и второй зоны.
9. Каталитическое изделие по п. 4, в котором первый слой дополнительно содержит PNA.
10. Каталитическое изделие по п. 9, в котором первый слой содержит участок, содержащий PNA («участок с PNA»), и участок с PNA расположен выше по потоку перед смесью.
11. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором смесь дополнительно содержит PNA.
12. Каталитическое изделие по п. 4, в котором первый слой содержит участок, содержащий PNA и третий катализатор SCR («участок с PNA/SCR»).
13. Каталитическое изделие по п. 12, в котором первый слой содержит участок с PNA/SCR и смесь, при этом участок с PNA/SCR расположен выше по потоку перед смесью.
14. Каталитическое изделие по п. 12, в котором первый слой содержит участок с PNA/SCR, при этом смесь расположена поверх участка с PNA/SCR.
15. Каталитическое изделие по п. 12, в котором первый слой содержит смесь, при этом участок с PNA/SCR расположен поверх смеси.
16. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором носитель содержит кремнийсодержащий материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из: (1) диоксида кремния и (2) цеолита с отношением диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия, превышающим 200.
17. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором металл платиновой группы присутствует на носителе в количестве от приблизительно 0,5% масс. до приблизительно 10% масс. от суммарной массы металла платиновой группы и носителя.
18. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором в указанной смеси весовое отношение первого катализатора SCR к металлу платиновой группы на носителе составляет от приблизительно 10:1 до приблизительно 50:1.
19. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором первый катализатор SCR и PNA имеются в соотношении, составляющем от 5:1 до 1:5.
20. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором PNA содержит металл платиновой группы на молекулярном сите.
21. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором PNA содержит Pd на цеолите.
22. Способ снижения выбросов вредных веществ из потока выхлопных газов, включающий контактирование потока выхлопных газов с каталитическим изделием по п. 1.
23. Способ по п. 22, в котором поток выхлопных газов имеет отношение аммиак : NOx, составляющее ≥1, когда температура потока выхлопных газов, входящего в каталитическое изделие, составляет ≤180°C.
24. Способ по п. 23, в котором поток выхлопных газов имеет отношение аммиак : NOx, составляющее >0,5, когда температура потока выхлопных газов, входящего в каталитическое изделие, составляет ≥180°C.
