Claims (33)
1. Снабженный легированным алюминиевым покрытием стальной лист для горячей штамповки, содержащий:
стальной лист, содержащий химический состав, в мас.%:
C от 0,18 до 0,36,
Si от 0,02 до 0,5,
Mn от 1,2 до 2,2,
P от 0,001 до 0,03,
S от 0,0001 до 0,02,
Cr от 1,1 до 2,1,
N от 0,001 до 0,01,
Ti от 0,01 до 0,5,
Al от 0,01 до 0,1,
B от 0,0001 до 0,01,
Железо и примеси - остальное; и
легированный слой Al-Fe, который сформирован на поверхности стального листа и имеет толщину 15 мкм или более,
причем легированный слой Al–Fe включает в себя фазу сплава на основе Fe–Al, содержащую 45–85% Fe и 4–13% Si, и доля длины, занимаемой фазой сплава на основе Fe–Al на верхней поверхности в сечении, перпендикулярном к поверхности стального листа, составляет 10% или более и 50% или меньше.
2. Снабженный легированным алюминиевым покрытием стальной лист для горячей штамповки по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий в своем химическом составе Nb от 0,01 до 1,00 мас.%.
3. Горячештампованный стальной элемент, полученный путем выполнения формования и упрочнения в одном и том же процессе посредством формования с использования штампов после нагревания снабженного легированным алюминиевым покрытием стального листа для горячей штамповки по п. 1 или 2 до температуры, при которой по меньшей мере часть снабженного легированным алюминиевым покрытием стального листа для горячей штамповки становится фазой аустенита.
4. Горячештампованный стальной элемент, содержащий:
сталь, содержащую химический состав, в мас.%:
C от 0,18 до 0,36,
Si от 0,02 до 0,5,
Mn от 1,2 до 2,2,
P от 0,001 до 0,03,
S от 0,0001 до 0,02,
Cr от 1,1 до 2,1,
N от 0,001 до 0,01,
Ti от 0,01 до 0,5,
Al от 0,01 до 0,1,
B от 0,0001 до 0,01,
Железо и примеси - остальное; и
легированный слой Al–Fe, который сформирован на поверхности стали и имеет толщину 15 мкм или более,
причем легированный слой Al–Fe включает в себя фазу сплава на основе Fe–Al, содержащую 45–85% Fe и 4–13% Si, и доля длины, занимаемой фазой сплава на основе Fe–Al на верхней поверхности в сечении, перпендикулярном к поверхности стального листа, составляет 10% или более и 50% или меньше.
5. Горячештампованный стальной элемент по п. 4, дополнительно содержащий в своем химическом составе Nb от 0,01 до 1,00 мас.%.
