Claims (15)

1. Устройство (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам для турбины (6) турбокомпрессора выхлопной системы двигателя (2) внутреннего сгорания, причем устройство (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам включает крепежную поверхность (38), приемную поверхность (40, 46, 54) и по меньшей мере одну распределительную поверхность(-ти) (42, 48, 56); причем крепежная поверхность (38) находится на первом конце устройства (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам и выполнена с возможностью прочного соединения устройства (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам с валом (20) или ступицей турбины (6) турбокомпрессора; причем приемная поверхность (40, 46, 54) находится на втором конце устройства (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам, противоположном первому концу, и выполнена с возможностью приема добавки к выхлопным газам, подаваемой в устройство (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам; причем распределительная поверхность (42, 48, 56) находится в сообщении по текучей среде с приемной поверхностью (40, 46, 54) и выполнена с возможностью распределения добавки к выхлопным газам в потоке выхлопных газов, проходящем через турбину (6) турбокомпрессора, в результате вращательного движения устройства (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам.
2. Устройство распределения добавки к выхлопным газам по п. 1, в котором приемная поверхность (40) и распределительная поверхность (42) совместно образуют профилированную лицевую поверхность на втором конце устройства (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам.
3. Устройство распределения добавки к выхлопным газам по п. 1, в котором приемная поверхность (46) и распределительная поверхность (48) совместно образуют чашу, имеющую отверстие, направленное наружу от устройства распределения добавки к выхлопным газам.
4. Устройство распределения добавки к выхлопным газам по п. 1, причем устройство распределения добавки к выхлопным газам включает радиальную стенку (54), проходящую от первого конца до второго конца устройства (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам, причем приемная поверхность представляет собой внутреннюю сторону радиальной стенки (54), при этом распределительная поверхность представляет собой поверхность отверстия (56), образованного в радиальной стенке, причем отверстие (56) проходит между внутренней поверхностью радиальной стенки (54) и наружной поверхностью радиальной стенки (54).
5. Устройство (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам по п. 4, в котором второй конец распределительного устройства (24) сконфигурирован для формирования сопряженной поверхности с устройством (26) дозирования добавки к выхлопным газам.
6. Устройство (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором крепежная поверхность (38) снабжена резьбами, фланцем или деформируемым хвостовиком.
7. Безвоздушное устройство (26) дозирования добавки к выхлопным газам, включающее подводящий канал (28), дозировочный клапан (30) и дозирующую трубку (32), причем дозирующая трубка (32) размещена ниже по потоку относительно дозировочного клапана (30) по направлению течения восстановителя при его дозировании.
8. Система подачи добавки к выхлопным газам для турбины (6) турбокомпрессора выхлопной системы двигателя (2) внутреннего сгорания, причем система подачи добавки к выхлопным газам включает устройство (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам и устройство (26) дозирования добавки к выхлопным газам; причем устройство (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам включает приемную поверхность (40, 46, 54) и по меньшей мере одну распределительную поверхность(-ти) (42, 48, 56); причем приемная поверхность (40, 46, 54) выполнена с возможностью приема добавки к выхлопным газам, подаваемой в устройство (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам; причем распределительная поверхность (42, 48, 56) находится в сообщении по текучей среде с приемной поверхностью (40, 46, 54) и выполнена с возможностью распределения добавки к выхлопным газам в потоке выхлопных газов, проходящем через турбину турбокомпрессора, в результате вращательного движения устройства (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам; причем устройство (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам прочно соединено с валом (20) или ступицей турбины турбокомпрессора; причем устройство (26) дозирования добавки к выхлопным газам включает подводящий канал (28), дозировочный клапан (30) и дозирующую трубку (32), размещенную ниже по потоку относительно дозировочного клапана (30) по направлению течения дозируемого восстановителя; причем устройство (26) дозирования добавки к выхлопным газам выполнено с возможностью подачи добавки к выхлопным газам на приемную поверхность (40, 46, 54) устройства (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам.
9. Система подачи добавки к выхлопным газам по п. 8, в которой распределительное устройство (24) выполнено как одно целое с валом (20) или ступицей турбины (6) турбокомпрессора.
10. Система подачи добавки к выхлопным газам по п. 8, в которой распределительное устройство (24) выполнено отдельно от вала (20) или ступицы турбины (6) турбокомпрессора и прочно присоединено к валу (20) или ступице турбины (6) турбокомпрессора крепежной поверхностью (38), расположенной на распределительном устройстве (24).
11. Система подачи добавки к выхлопным газам по любому из пп. 8-10, в которой дозирующая трубка (32) устройства дозирования добавки к выхлопным газам проходит через ограничительное устройство (58), размещенное по центру в выпускном канале (16) турбины (6) турбокомпрессора.
12. Система подачи добавки к выхлопным газам по любому из пп. 8-11, дополнительно включающая диффузор (60), размещенный в выпускном канале (16) турбины (6) турбокомпрессора, причем внутренняя поверхность диффузора (60) необязательно выполнена с возможностью содействия испарению добавки к выхлопным газам.
13. Система подачи добавки к выхлопным газам по п. 12, дополнительно включающая перепускной выходной канал (62) для отработавшего газа, размещенный в стенке выпускного канала (16) турбины турбокомпрессора, причем перепускной выходной канал (62) для отработавшего газа выполнен с возможностью подачи горячих выхлопных газов на наружную поверхность диффузора.
14. Турбокомпрессор, включающий устройство (24) распределения добавки к выхлопным газам по любому из пп. 1-6.
15. Транспортное средство (1), включающее систему подачи добавки к выхлопным газам по любому из пп. 8-13.
