Claims (11)
1. Применение по меньшей мере одной бактериальной 3-фитазы для производства кормового или пищевого продукта.
2. Применение по п. 1, где фитаза характеризуется накоплением промежуточного продукта инозитол-тетрафосфата менее 25 масс.% (по массе свободного фосфата) после высвобождения 35% неорганического фосфата в ходе анализа 2,7 ммоль/л фитата при 37°С и рН 5,5 с применением дозировки фермента 0,2 Ед./мл.
3. Применение по п. 1 или 2, где фитаза характеризуется высвобождением фосфата по меньшей мере 15% из 2,7 ммоль/л фитата при рН 5,5 спустя 1 час с применением концентрации фермента 0,21 мкг/мл.
4. Применение по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где фитаза представляет собой фитазу из рода Dickeya или Serratia.
5. Применение по п. 4, где фитазой является фитаза из Dickeya sp., Serratia sp., Dickeya zeae, Dickeya chrysanthemi, Dickeya dadantii, Dickeya solani или Dickeya paradisiaca.
6. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где фитаза демонстрирует по меньшей мере 70% идентичностиь последовательности с SEQ ID № 1.
7. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где фитаза демонстрирует температурный оптимум от 30 до 65°С и/или оптимум рН от 2,5 до 5,5.
8. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где кормовой или пищевой продукт дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере одно соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из витаминов, минералов, органических кислот, пробиотических компонентов, масел, жиров, пигментов, факторов роста, антимикробных агентов, целлюлозы, крахмала.
9. Применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где кормовой или пищевой продукт находиятся в сухой или жидкой форме.
10. Применение бактериальной 3-фитазы для кормления животных.
11. Применение бактериальной 3-фитазы для производства пищевой или кормовой добавки.
