Claims (36)

1. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх для обработки выбросов из двигателя на бедной смеси, где упомянутый катализатор-адсорбер NОх содержит первый слой, причем упомянутый первый слой состоит по существу из:
носителя;
одного или нескольких металлов платиновой группы, расположенных на данном носителе;
и накапливающего NОх материала;
где носитель содержит оксид алюминия или смешанный оксид, содержащий оксид алюминия;
один или несколько металлов платиновой группы состоят из смеси или сплава платины и палладия; и
накапливающий NОх материал состоит из оксида церия, допированного лантаном.
2. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх по п. 1, в котором накапливающий NОх материал содержит приблизительно 0,5-18 мол.% лантана.
3. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором накапливающий NОх материал содержит приблизительно 1,0-15 мол.% лантана.
4. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором накапливающий NОх материал содержит приблизительно 2,0-14 мол.% лантана.
5. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором накапливающий NОх материал по существу не содержит бария.
6. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором первый слой по существу не содержит родия.
7. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором первый слой по существу не содержит щелочных металлов.
8. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором первый слой по существу не содержит молекулярных сит.
9. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором первый слой по существу не содержит диспрозия (Dу), эрбия (Еr), европия (Еu), гадолиния (Gd), гольмия (Но), лютеция (Lu), неодима (Nd), празеодима (Рr), прометия (Рm), самария (Sm), скандия (Sс), тербия (Тb), туллия (Тm), иттербия (Yb) и иттрия (Y).
10. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх, содержащий катализатор-адсорбер NОх по любому из пп. 1-9, нанесенный на металлическую или керамическую подложку.
11. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх по п. 10, в котором подложка является проточным монолитом или фильтрующим монолитом.
12. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх, содержащий катализатор-адсорбер NОх по любому из пп. 1-9, где данный катализатор экструдируют с образованием проточной или фильтрующей подложки.
13. Способ изготовления накапливающего NОх материала, в котором смешивают раствор лантансодержащей соли с частицами оксида церия, выполняют распылительную сушку данных частиц и нагревают высушенные распылением частицы.
14. Способ по п. 13, в котором распылительную сушку частиц выполняют при входной температуре от 250 до 350°С.
15. Способ по п. 13 или 14, в котором распылительную сушку частиц выполняют при выходной температуре от 80 до 150°С.
16. Способ по любому из пп. 13-15, в котором высушенный распылением порошок нагревают при температуре от 250 до 600°С.
17. Способ по любому из пп. 13-16, дополнительно включающий этап, на котором сушат нагретый, высушенный распылением порошок при температуре от 600 до 800°С.
18. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх для обработки выбросов из двигателя на бедной смеси, где упомянутый катализатор-адсорбер NОх содержит первый слой, причем упомянутый первый слой состоит по существу из:
носителя;
одного или нескольких металлов платиновой группы, расположенных на данном носителе;
и накапливающего NОх материала;
где носитель содержит оксид алюминия или смешанный оксид, содержащий оксид алюминия;
один или несколько металлов платиновой группы состоят из смеси или сплава платины и палладия; и
накапливающий NОх материал может быть получен с помощью способа по любому из пп. 13-17.
19. Система очистки выбросов для очистки потока выхлопного газа сгорания, содержащая двигатель на бедной смеси и катализатор-адсорбер NОх по любому из пп. 1-12;
где двигатель на бедной смеси находится в сообщении по текучей среде с катализатором-адсорбером NОх; и
где двигатель на бедной смеси представляет собой дизельный двигатель.
20. Система очистки выбросов по п. 19, дополнительно содержащая каталитическую систему селективного каталитического восстановления, фильтр мелких частиц, фильтрующую систему селективного каталитического восстановления, пассивный адсорбер NОх, систему с трехкомпонентным катализатором или их комбинации.
21. Способ очистки выхлопного газа из двигателя внутреннего сгорания, в котором осуществляют контакт выхлопного газа с катализатором-адсорбером NОх по любому из пп. 1-12 или 18, или с системой очистки выбросов по п. 19 или 20.
22. Способ очистки выхлопного газа из двигателя внутреннего сгорания по п. 21, в котором выхлопной газ находится при температуре приблизительно от 180 до 300°С.
