Claims (11)
1. Композиции, содержащие по меньшей мере один пленкообразующий агент, способный прикрепляться стабильным образом к слизистой оболочке ротовой полости, пищевода и верхних дыхательных путей, где пленкообразующий агент выбран из группы, состоящей из солей гиалуроновой кислоты, протеогликанов или альгиновой кислоты с антоцианидинами или проантоцианидинами в свободной или гликозилированной форме, или из танинов, полученных из процианидинов или эллаговой кислоты, включенных в поперечно-сшитую гиалуроновую кислоту или альгиновую кислоту.
2. Композиции по п. 1, где пленкообразующий агент получен путем приведения во взаимодействие гиалуроновой кислоты или альгиновой кислоты с экстрактами, полученными из лекарственных растений.
3. Композиции по п. 1 или 2, где гиалуроновая кислота или альгиновая кислота имеет молекулярную массу в диапазоне от 100000 до 10000000 Дальтон, предпочтительно 1000000 Дальтон.
4. Композиции по п. 2, где экстракты выбраны из экстракта Vaccinium myrtillus, Vaccinium uliginosum, Punica grcmatum, Vitis vinifera uAesculus ippocastanum.
5. Композиции по n. 4, где экстракт представляет собой экстракт Vaccinium myrtillus или экстракт Vaccinium uliginosum.
6. Композиции по любому из пп. 1-5, где гиалуроновая или альгиновая кислота поперечно сшиты сшивающими агентами, выбранными из дивинилсульфона (DVS), диглицидилового эфира 1,4-бутандиола, водорастворимых карбодиимидов, таких как 1-этил-3-(3-диметиламинопропил)карбодиимид, и сшивающими агентами с аминогруппами или мочевиной.
7. Композиции по любому из пп. 1-6, дополнительно содержащие по меньшей мере одно соединение или экстракт, полученные из лекарственного растения, обладающего противомикробной или противовирусной активностью.
8. Композиции по п. 7, где экстракт, полученный из лекарственного растения, обладающего противомикробной или противовирусной активностью, представляет собой липофильный экстракт Zingiber officinale.
9. Композиции по п. 8, где количество липофильного экстракта Zingiber officinale находится в диапазоне от 0,01% масс/масс, до 1% масс/масс, предпочтительно от 0,1% масс/масс, до 0,8% масс/масс, и еще более предпочтительно составляет 0,5% масс/масс.
10. Композиции по любому из пп. 1-9 для применения в предупреждении и/или лечении расстройств ротовой полости, пищевода и верхних дыхательных путей, вызванных химическими и/или бактериальными и/или вирусными агентами.
11. Композиции для применения по п. 10, где расстройства, вызванные химическими и/или бактериальными и/или вирусными агентами, представляют собой простуды, грипп, воспаление слизистой оболочки ротовой полости и пищевода различного происхождения и повреждения слизистой оболочки пищевода, вызванные повышенной кислотностью или гастроэзофагеальным рефлюксом.
