Claims (34)

2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый блокирующий элемент включает крышку упомянутой секции с исходным материалом.
3. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-2, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый привод предназначен для сдвигания упомянутой крышки в положение, в котором поток воздуха может проходить к исходному материалу в упомянутой секции и через него.
4. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-2, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый привод предназначен для сдвигания упомянутой крышки с использованием магнитного притяжения.
5. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое множество секций с исходным материалом расположены линейно по длинной оси, и тем, что упомянутый привод может перемещаться по упомянутой длинной оси.
6. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутым устройством является картридж для использования с ингаляторным устройством.
7. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутые секции с исходным материалом отделены одна от другой воздухонепроницаемым барьером.
8. Устройство по п. 1, включающее по меньшей мере один совместно используемый канал, проходящий вдоль упомянутых секций с исходным материалом.
9. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что исходный материал в по меньшей мере одной из упомянутых секций включает никотин в количестве 1-10%.
10. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что слой исходного материала в каждой секции имеет толщину не более 1 мм.
11. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутые секции с исходным материалом включают разные активные вещества или их композиции.
12. Устройство, предназначенное для доставки посредством ингаляции по меньшей мере одного активного вещества, высвобожденного из исходного материала, причем упомянутое устройство включает:
одну или больше секций с исходным материалом, в которых упомянутый исходный материал защищен герметиком, непроницаемым для воздуха, причем упомянутый герметик включает контрольный участок, используемый для открывания по меньшей мере одного сквозного отверстия в упомянутом герметике, структуру каналов, предназначенных для направления потока воздуха пользователю упомянутого устройства через одну или больше из упомянутых секций, и привод, выровненный с упомянутым контрольным участком упомянутого герметика и с упомянутой структурой каналов, для выборочного открывания упомянутого по меньшей мере одного сквозного отверстия в упомянутом герметике на упомянутых секциях, чтобы позволить воздуху проходить через упомянутый исходный материал.
13. Устройство по п. 12, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый контрольный участок упомянутого герметика чувствителен к температуре, и тем, что упомянутый привод включает нагревательный элемент, предназначенный для нагрева упомянутого герметика, чтобы открыть упомянутое по меньшей мере одно отверстие.
14. Устройство по любому из пп. 12-13, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый привод включает воздушный элемент, предназначенный для приложения давления, создаваемого при ингаляции, к упомянутому контрольному участку упомянутого герметика, чтобы открыть упомянутое по меньшей мере одно отверстие.
15. Устройство по любому из пп. 12-13, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый привод включает группу электродов, предназначенную для подачи электричества на упомянутый контрольный участок упомянутого герметика, чтобы открыть упомянутое по меньшей мере одно отверстие.
16. Устройство по любому из пп. 12-13, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый привод может перемещаться относительно упомянутых одной или больше секций с исходным материалом.
17. Устройство по п. 12, включающее индикатор прогресса, предназначенный для того, чтобы показывать одно или больше из: количество использованных секций с исходным материалом, количество оставшихся секций с исходным материалом, количество исходного материала, остающегося в секции, что все секции с исходным материалом израсходованы, и что израсходована определенная часть секций с исходным материалом.
18. Картридж с исходным материалом, предназначенный для использования с ингаляторным устройством и включающий:
одну или больше секций, включающих исходный материал,
причем упомянутый исходный материал включает по меньшей мере одно активное вещество, высвобождаемое при испарении, и упомянутый исходный материал расположен так, чтобы пропускать через него поток воздуха, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый исходный материал защищен герметиком, непроницаемым для воздуха, причем упомянутый герметик включает контрольный участок, который чувствителен к механическому воздействию и/или температуре и используется для открывания по меньшей мере одного сквозного отверстия в упомянутом герметике во время использования ингаляторного устройства, чтобы позволить воздуху проходить через исходный материал одной или нескольких выбранных секций для доставки упомянутого по меньшей мере одного активного вещества пользователю.
19. Картридж с исходным материалом по п. 18, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый герметик предназначен для того, чтобы открыть упомянутое по меньшей мере одно отверстие в результате нагрева.
20. Картридж с исходным материалом по любому из пп. 18-19, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый герметик предназначен для того, чтобы нагревать упомянутый исходный материал.
21. Картридж с исходным материалом по п. 18, отличающийся тем, что, когда упомянутый картридж включает один или больше каналов, по которым воздух, насыщенный лекарством, протекает для доставки пользователю, то после установки упомянутого картриджа в ингалятор упомянутый воздух, насыщенный лекарством, протекает только через упомянутый картридж, этим устраняя остатки в ингаляторе.
22. Устройство, предназначенное для доставки посредством ингаляции по меньшей мере одного активного вещества, высвобожденного из исходного материала, и включающее:
подложку, имеющую некоторое множество пазов, причем каждый паз содержит исходный материал, и причем каждый паз связан с отдельным каналом для потока воздуха,
подвижный привод, который может быть расположен так, чтобы разблокировать упомянутый канал для потока воздуха после выравнивания с отверстием упомянутого канала для потока воздуха, чтобы подать поток воздуха через исходный материал по меньшей мере одного выбранного паза.
23. Устройство по п. 22, также включающее нагревательный элемент, связанный с каждым из упомянутых пазов с исходным материалом, и схему для электрического соединения упомянутого нагревательного элемента с источником электропитания после перемещения упомянутого привода.
24. Устройство по любому из пп. 22-23, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый привод является поворотным.
25. Устройство по п. 22, отличающееся тем, что упомянутая подложка включает печатную плату.
