Claims (19)
1. Электронное устройство для генерирования аэрозоля, содержащее блок питания и испарительный блок, включающий в себя систему нагрева с нагревательным элементом, при этом нагревательный элемент содержит выполненную из керамики диэлектрическую подложку с по меньшей мере одной областью нанесенного на неё резистивного слоя.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором подложка имеет по существу цилиндрическую форму.
3. Устройство по п. 1, в котором подложка является по существу плоской.
4. Устройство по п. 1, в котором подложка имеет по существу призматическую форму.
5. Устройство по любому из пп. 1 – 4, дополнительно содержащее элемент транспортировки жидкости.
6. Устройство по п. 5, в котором элемент транспортировки жидкости проходит сквозь нагревательный элемент.
7. Устройство по п. 5, в котором элемент транспортировки жидкости окружает нагревательный элемент.
8. Устройство по п. 5, в котором с подложкой контактирует только элемент транспортировки жидкости.
9. Устройство по п. 5, в котором элемент транспортировки жидкости представляет собой керамическую нить, сетку или хлопок.
10. Устройство по любому из пп. 1 – 4, в котором резистивный слой нанесен на диэлектрическую подложку посредством тонкопленочной технологии.
11. Устройство по любому из пп. 1 – 4, в котором резистивный слой выполнен непрерывным.
12. Устройство по любому из пп. 1 – 4, в котором на подложке расположены области отдельных резистивных слоев, образующих отдельные нагреватели.
13. Устройство по любому из пп. 1 – 4, в котором резистивный слой нанесен на внутреннюю и внешнюю стороны подложки.
14. Устройство по любому из пп. 1 – 4, в котором резистивный слой имеет выводы на диэлектрической подложке для соединения нагревательного элемента с источником питания.
15. Устройство по любому из пп. 1 – 4, дополнительно содержащее гнездо, в котором расположен нагревательный элемент для его соединения с источником питания.
16. Устройство по любому из пп. 1 – 4, в котором нагревательный элемент выполнен в форме трубки.
17. Устройство по любому из пп. 1 – 4, дополнительно содержащее защитный слой, закрывающий нагревательный элемент.
18. Устройство по любому из пп. 1 – 4, дополнительно содержащее датчик температуры, при этом устройство выполнено с возможностью управления подачей электропитания на нагревательный элемент для поддержания заданной температуры этого нагревательного элемента.
19. Испарительный блок электронного устройства для генерирования аэрозоля, содержащий элемент транспортировки жидкости и нагревательный элемент, включающий в себя выполненную из керамики диэлектрическую подложку с по меньшей мере одной областью нанесенного на неё резистивного слоя.
