Claims (18)
1. Система для нанесения строительного материала, содержащая
дозировочное и смесительное устройство, выполненное с возможностью смешивания доменного шлакового материала, геополимерного материала, порошка на щелочной основе и песка для получения материала не на основе портландцемента;
трубопровод, выполненный с возможностью перемещения материала не на основе портландцемента из дозировочного и смесительного устройства; и
сопло, выполненное с возможностью приема материала не на основе портландцемента объединения материала не на основе портландцемента с жидкостью для получения частично ожиженного материала не на основе портландцемента, причем сопло дополнительно выполнено с возможностью пневматического нанесения частично ожиженного материала не на основе портландцемента на поверхность.
2. Система по п. 1, в которой геополимерный материал включает в себя порошкообразную вулканическую породу или пемзу.
3. Система по п. 1, в которой порошок на щелочной основе включает в себя силикат.
4. Система по п. 1, в которой дозирование и смешивание осуществляются как по меньшей мере один процесс из сухого смешивания и влажного смешивания.
5. Система по п. 1, в которой материал не на основе портландцемента является неорганическим.
6. Система по п. 1, в которой дозирование и смешивание осуществляется в мобильном дозировочном и смесительном транспортном средстве.
7. Система по п. 1, в которой материал не на основе портландцемента включает по меньшей мере одно из: глины, гнейса, гранита, липарита, андезита, пикрита, калийного полевого шпата, альбита, пемзы и цеолита.
8. Система по п. 1, в которой смешивание включает смешивание на портативной пушке, выполненной с возможностью приема материала не на основе портландцемента из дозировочного и смесительного устройства.
9. Система по п. 1, в которой компоненты материала не на основе портландцемента имеют удельную поверхность по Блейну, составляющую приблизительно от 2500 до 5000 см2/г.
10. Неорганический, не на основе портландцемента строительный материал, содержащий
доменный шлаковый материал;
порошкообразную вулканическую породу;
порошок на щелочной основе; и
песок.
11. Не на основе портландцемента строительный материал по п.10, в котором порошок на щелочной основе включает в себя силикат.
