Claims (46)

1. Система выдачи напитка, содержащая:
емкость;
механизм крепления, связанный с емкостью, причем механизм крепления имеет приемную часть, режущий участок и нажимной элемент картриджа, при этом нажимной элемент картриджа шарнирно прикреплен к приемной части и выполнен с возможностью поворота между открытым положением и закрытым положением; и
картридж, выполненный с возможностью зацепления с механизмом крепления в приемной части, причем картридж содержит камеру, отверстие и прокалываемую крышку, размещенную поверх отверстия,
причем в закрытом положении картридж проходит через отверстие нажимного элемента картриджа, а нажимной элемент картриджа зацепляет картридж и толкает крышку к режущему участку, открывая таким образом картридж и выдавая его содержимое в емкость.
2. Система по п. 1, в которой картридж содержит один или более ингредиентов напитка.
3. Система по п. 2, в которой один или более ингредиентов напитка включают сироп, пасту, порошок или гранулы.
4. Система по п. 2, в которой один или более ингредиентов напитка включают питательные вещества, витамины, травы, добавки, твердые частицы, гели или фруктовые ароматические основы.
5. Система по п. 1, в которой картридж содержит по меньшей мере две камеры и каждая камера содержит разные ингредиенты напитка.
6. Система по п. 2, в которой приемная часть дополнительно содержит уплотнение, выполненное с возможностью предотвращения утечки одного или более ингредиентов напитка из системы при открытии картриджа.
7. Система по п. 1, в которой режущий участок выполнен с возможностью прокалывания крышки, когда крышку проталкивают вплотную к режущему участку.
8. Система по п. 1, в которой нажимной элемент картриджа располагают на участке носика, который содержит носик, при этом носик совмещен с отверстием емкости, когда нажимной элемент картриджа находится в закрытом положении.
9. Система по п. 1, в которой нажимной элемент картриджа содержит силиконовый купол.
10. Система по п. 1, в которой нажимной элемент картриджа зацепляет обод картриджа, чтобы прижимать крышку к режущему участку.
11. Система выдачи напитка, содержащая:
емкость с первым концом и вторым концом, расположенным напротив первого;
механизм крепления, связанный с емкостью на первом конце, причем механизм крепления имеет основание крышки и нажимной элемент картриджа, причем нажимной элемент картриджа шарнирно прикреплен к основанию крышки и выполнен с возможностью поворота между открытым положением и закрытым положением, причем в закрытом положении нажимной элемент картриджа выполнен с возможностью зацепления картриджа для выдачи содержимого из картриджа; и
отсек для хранения, связанный с емкостью на втором конце, причем отсек для хранения содержит внутреннее пространство для хранения картриджа.
12. Система по п. 11, в которой внутреннее пространство выполнено с возможностью хранения по меньшей мере второго картриджа и третьего картриджа.
13. Система по п. 11, в которой отсек для хранения связан со вторым концом посредством взаимодействия резьб на отсеке для хранения и сопряженных резьб на втором конце емкости.
14. Система по п. 11, в которой отсек для хранения является светопроницаемым.
15. Картридж для системы выдачи напитка, который содержит:
корпус, определяющий внутреннюю камеру;
отверстие во внутренней камере; и
уплотнение с прокладкой из фольги, расположенное поверх отверстия, причем уплотнение с прокладкой из фольги выполнено с возможностью прокалывания для высвобождения содержимого картриджа, при этом уплотнение из фольги содержит уплотняющий полимер, расположенный поверх металла,
причем корпус содержит по меньшей мере один из полипропилена, полиэтилентерефталата и алюминия в многослойной структуре.
16. Картридж по п. 15, в котором и корпус, и уплотнение могут выдерживать процедуру как горячего, так и холодного розлива.
17. Картридж по п. 15, в котором металл включает алюминий, металлизированный полиэфир или металлизированный полипропилен.
18. Картридж по п. 17, в котором металлизированный полипропилен является двуосноориентированным.
19. Картридж по п. 15, в котором уплотняющий полимер содержит полиэтилен.
20. Картридж по п. 15, в котором картридж содержит по меньшей мере две отдельные камеры.
21. Картридж по п. 15, в котором многослойная структура включает слой, образующий пассивный барьер.
22. Картридж по п. 15, в котором многослойная структура включает слой поглотителя кислорода.
23. Система выдачи напитка, содержащая:
емкость;
механизм крепления, связанный с емкостью, причем механизм крепления имеет приемную часть, режущий участок и нажимной элемент картриджа, при этом нажимной элемент картриджа шарнирно прикреплен к приемной части и выполнен с возможностью поворота между открытым положением и закрытым положением; и
куполообразную часть, выполненную с возможностью перемещения между первым положением и вторым положением для открытия картриджа.
24. Система выдачи напитка по п. 23, которая дополнительно содержит картридж, выполненный с возможностью зацепления механизма крепления в приемной части, причем картридж содержит первую камеру, образованную жестким корпусом, отверстие и прокалываемую крышку, расположенную поверх отверстия, и при этом во втором положении куполообразная часть толкает крышку к режущему участку, тем самым вскрывая первую камеру и выдавая ее содержимое в емкость.
25. Система выдачи напитка по п. 23, в которой куполообразная часть обеспечена на нажимном элементе картриджа.
26. Система выдачи напитка по п. 23, в которой куполообразная часть выполнена с возможностью перемещения между первым положением и вторым положением, когда нажимной элемент картриджа находится в закрытом положении.
27. Система выдачи напитка по п. 23, в которой куполообразная часть содержит силикон.
28. Система выдачи напитка по п. 23, в которой в первом положении куполообразная часть отстоит от жесткого корпуса, а во втором положении куполообразная часть непосредственно касается жесткого корпуса.
29. Система выдачи напитка по п. 23, в которой куполообразная часть перемещается из первого положения во второе положение при приложении к куполообразной части давления извне.
30. Система выдачи напитка по п. 23, в которой куполообразная часть является гибкой.
31. Система выдачи напитка по п. 23, в которой картридж содержит вторую камеру, образованную жестким корпусом, отверстие и прокалываемую крышку, расположенную поверх отверстия второй камеры, а режущий участок содержит второй режущий участок, причем во втором положении куполообразная часть зацепляет жесткий корпус второй камеры и толкает отверстие второй камеры ко второму режущему участку, открывая таким образом вторую камеру и выдавая ее содержимое в емкость.
32. Система выдачи напитка по п. 31, в которой картридж содержит гибкий фланец между первой камерой и второй камерой.
