Claims (78)

1. Лист окрашенного стекла из алюмосиликатной композиции, химически упрочненный посредством ионного обмена, отличающийся тем, что он содержит следующие оксиды с содержанием по весу, лежащим в диапазонах:
SiO2 от 59,20 до 68,00%
Al2O3 от 2,00 до 8,00%
MgO от 6,00 до 9,00%, если содержание Al2O3 составляет от 5,00 до 8,00%, и если отношение SiO2/Al2O3 больше или равно 7,8 или
от 8,00 до 10,00%, если содержание Al2O3 составляет от 2,00 до 5,00%, и если отношение SiO2/Al2O3 больше или равно 24,
Na2O от 9,00 до 16,00%
K2O от 5,00 до 11,00%
B2O3 от 0 до 3,00%
CaO от 0 до 1,00%
и следующие красители с содержанием по весу, лежащим в диапазонах:
Fe2O3 всего от 0,05 до 6,00%
CoO от 0 до 2,00%
NiO от 0 до 1,00%
Se от 0 до 0,10%,
при этом, стекло характеризуется окислительно-восстановительным коэффициентом от 0,10 до 0,65.
2. Лист окрашенного стекла из алюмосиликатной композиции, химически упрочненный посредством ионного обмена, отличающийся тем, что он содержит следующие оксиды с содержанием по весу, лежащим в диапазонах:

3. Лист стекла по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что он содержит другие красители, выбранные из оксидов ванадия, хрома, марганца, меди, олова, лантаноидов, серебра, титана и/или сульфидов, в весовом процентном содержании менее 1,00%.
4. Лист стекла по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что он упрочнен посредством химической закалки с глубиной ионного обмена, по меньшей мере, 30 мкм, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, 35 мкм.
5. Ламинированное остекление, отличающееся тем, что включает, по меньшей мере, первый лист известково-натриевого стекла, промежуточный полимерный слой и второй лист стекла, содержащий следующие оксиды с содержанием по весу, лежащим в диапазонах:
SiO2 от 59,20 до 68,00%
Al2O3 от 2,00 до 8,00%
MgO от 6,00 до 9,00%, если содержание Al2O3 составляет от 5,00 до 8,00%, и если отношение SiO2/Al2O3 больше или равно 7,8 или
от 8,00 до 10,00%, если содержание Al2O3 составляет от 2,00 до 5,00%, и если отношение SiO2/Al2O3 больше или равно 24,
Na2O от 9,00 до 16,00%
K2O от 5,00 до 11,00%
B2O3 от 0 до 3,00%
CaO от 0 до 1,00%
и следующие красители с содержанием по весу, лежащим в диапазонах:
Fe2O3 всего от 0,05 до 6,00%
CoO от 0 до 2,00%
NiO от 0 до 1,00%
Se от 0 до 0,10%,
при этом, стекло характеризуется окислительно-восстановительным коэффициентом от 0,10 до 0,65.
6. Ламинированное остекление по предшествующему пункту, отличающееся тем, что включает, по меньшей мере, первый лист известково-натриевого стекла, промежуточный полимерный слой и второй лист стекла, содержащий следующие оксиды с содержанием по весу, лежащим в диапазонах:
SiO2 от 59,20 до 68,00%
Al2O3 от 3,00 до 8,00%
MgO от 6,00 до 9,00%, если содержание Al2O3 составляет от 5,00 до 8,00%, и если отношение SiO2/Al2O3 больше или равно 7,8 или
от 8,00 до 10,00%, если содержание Al2O3 составляет от 3,00 до 5,00%, и если отношение SiO2/Al2O3 больше или равно 24,
Na2O от 9,00 до 16,00%
K2O от 5,00 до 11,00%
B2O3 от 0 до 3,00%
CaO от 0 до 1,00%
и следующие красители с содержанием по весу, лежащим в диапазонах:
Fe2O3 всего от 0,05 до 6,00%
CoO от 0 до 2,00%
NiO от 0 до 1,00%
Se от 0 до 0,10%,
при этом, стекло характеризуется окислительно-восстановительным коэффициентом от 0,10 до 0,65.
7. Остекление по одному из пп. 5 или 6, отличающееся тем, что первый лист стекла относится к типу известково-натриевых стекол и содержит следующие оксиды с содержанием по весу, лежащим в диапазонах:
SiO2 от 65,00 до 75,00%
Na2O от 10,00 до 20,00%
CaO от 2,00 до 15,00%
Al2O3 от 0 до 5,00%
MgO от 0 до 5,00%
K2O от 0 до 5,00%.
8. Остекление по одному из пп. 5-7, отличающееся тем, что разность температур Т(log η=10,3), при которых вязкость каждого из листов стекла составляет 1010,3 Пуаз, по абсолютной величине меньше 30°С, предпочтительно, по абсолютной величине меньше 23°С.
9. Остекление по одному из пп. 5-8, отличающееся тем, что первый лист стекла имеет толщину, самое большее, 2,1 мм, предпочтительно, самое большее, 1,6 мм.
10. Остекление по одному из пп. 5-9, отличающееся тем, что второй лист стекла, более тонкий, чем первый, имеет толщину, самое большее, 1,5 мм, предпочтительно, самое большее, 1,1 мм и даже менее 1 мм.
11. Остекление по одному из пп. 5-10, отличающееся тем, что промежуточный полимерный слой, помещаемый между двумя листами стекла, образован одним или несколькими слоями термопластичного материала, а именно, из полиуретана, поликарбоната, поливинилбутираля (PVB), метилполиметакрилата (PMMA), этиленвинилацетата (EVA) или иономерной смолы.
12. Остекление по п. 11, отличающееся тем, что толщина промежуточного полимерного слоя составляет от 50 мкм до 4 мм.
13. Способ производства ламинированного остекления по любому из пп. 5-12, отличающийся тем, что включает, по меньшей мере, стадию, на которой одновременно придают выпуклость первому и второму листам стекла; стадию, на которой проводят ионный обмен во втором листе стекла; и стадию, на которой собирают два листа стекла с промежуточным полимерным слоем.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что стадию ионного обмена проводят при температуре менее 490°С в течение времени менее 24 часов, предпочтительно, времени, меньшего или равного 4 часам, даже меньшего или равного 2 часам.
15. Способ по одному из пп. 13 или 14, отличающийся тем, что на стадии придания выпуклости второй лист стекла, более тонкий, чем первый лист, помещают поверх первого листа стекла.
16. Остекление для автомобиля, получаемое способом по одному из пп. 13-15, отличающееся тем, что второй лист стекла обращен в сторону салона автомобиля.
