Claims (30)

1. Мембрана для регулятора управления, содержащая:
верхний слой;
средний слой; и
нижний слой,
причем мембрана содержит локально ослабленную область, которая образует механизм сброса давления.
2. Мембрана по п. 1, в которой локально ослабленная область сформирована отверстием в среднем слое.
3. Мембрана по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой отверстие покрыто верхним слоем и нижним слоем.
4. Мембрана по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором отверстие является круглым.
5. Мембрана по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором локально ослабленная область сформирована множеством отверстий в среднем слое.
6. Мембрана по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащая указатель совмещения.
7. Мембрана по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором указатель совмещения представляет собой визуальный знак.
8. Мембранный блок для регулятора управления, содержащий:
мембрану, содержащую верхний слой, средний слой, нижний слой и локально ослабленную область, которая образует механизм сброса давления; и
мембранную пластину, которая поддерживает мембрану.
9. Мембранный блок по п. 8, в котором локально ослабленная область сформирована отверстием в среднем слое.
10. Мембранный блок по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором мембранная пластина содержит отверстие, совмещенное с отверстием в среднем слое.
11. Мембранный блок по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором отверстие покрыто верхним слоем и нижним слоем.
12. Мембранный блок по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором отверстие является круглым.
13. Мембранный блок по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором локально ослабленная область сформирована множеством отверстий в среднем слое.
14. Мембранный блок по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащий указатель совмещения, расположенный на мембране.
15. Мембранный блок по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором указатель совмещения представляет собой визуальный знак.
16. Мембранный блок по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащий указатель совмещения на мембранной пластине.
17. Регулятор управления, содержащий:
корпус клапана, образующий впускное отверстие для текучей среды и выпускное отверстие для текучей среды, соединенные каналом для текучей среды;
плунжер клапана, размещенный внутри корпуса клапана, причем плунжер клапана взаимодействует с седлом клапана для управления потоком текучей среды через корпус клапана;
исполнительный механизм, присоединенный к корпусу клапана, причем исполнительный механизм содержит мембранный блок, функционально соединенный с плунжером клапана при помощи штока клапана, причем мембранный блок содержит мембрану, имеющую верхний слой, средний слой, нижний слой и локально ослабленную область, которая образует механизм сброса давления; и
мембранную пластину, которая поддерживает мембрану.
18. Регулятор управления по п. 17, в котором локально ослабленная область сформирована отверстием в среднем слое.
19. Регулятор управления по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором мембранная пластина содержит отверстие, совмещенное с отверстием в среднем слое.
20. Регулятор управления по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащий указатель совмещения, расположенный на мембране, и указатель совмещения на мембранной пластине.
