Claims (31)
1. Устройство, содержащее:
поворотный клапан, имеющий элемент регулирования потока;
привод двойного действия, функционально связанный с поворотным клапаном и имеющий первое и второе отверстия для приема регулирующей текучей среды, находящейся под давлением, для изменения положения привода двойного действия;
контроллер клапана, функционально связанный с приводом двойного действия, для управления регулирующей текучей средой, находящейся под давлением, в ответ на положение поворотного клапана; и
ограничитель давления, функционально связанный с контроллером клапана и соединенный по текучей среде с первым отверстием для снижения давления текучей среды, находящейся под давлением, подаваемой в первое отверстие, для уменьшения усилия для посадки элемента регулирования потока, когда поворотный клапан находится в закрытом положении.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором давление регулирующей текучей среды, находящейся под давлением, подаваемой во второе отверстие, обеспечивает усилие для открытия элемента регулирования потока, причем эта усилие для открытия больше, чем усилие для посадки.
3. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором ограничитель давления встроен в контроллер клапана.
4. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором ограничитель давления является электронно настраиваемым.
5. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором ограничитель давления является регулятором давления.
6. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором ограничитель давления является клапаном снижения давления.
7. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором контроллер клапана содержит реле для управления распределением регулирующей текучей среды, находящейся под давлением, в первое и второе отверстия привода двойного действия.
8. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором контроллер клапана является цифровым контроллером клапана.
9. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором привод двойного действия является пневматическим поршневым приводом.
10. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором поворотный клапан является поворотным клапаном с посадкой по крутящему моменту.
11. Устройство, содержащее:
поворотный клапан, имеющий элемент регулирования потока;
привод двойного действия, функционально связанный с поворотным клапаном и имеющий первое и второе отверстия для приема регулирующей текучей среды, находящейся под давлением, для изменения положения привода двойного действия; и
контроллер клапана, функционально связанный с приводом двойного действия для регулирования регулирующей текучей среды, находящейся под давлением, в ответ на положение поворотного клапана, причем контроллер клапана, содержащий ограничитель давления, соединен по текучей среде с первым отверстием для снижения давления текучей среды, находящейся под давлением, подаваемой в первое отверстие, для уменьшения усилия для посадки элемента регулирования потока, когда поворотный клапан находится в закрытом положении.
12. Устройство по п. 11, в котором давление текучей среды, находящейся под давлением, подаваемой во второе отверстие, обеспечивает усилие для открытия элемента регулирования потока, причем это усилие для открытия больше, чем усилие для посадки.
13. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором ограничитель давления является электронно настраиваемым.
14. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором контроллер клапана является цифровым контроллером клапана.
15. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором привод двойного действия является пневматическим поршневым приводом.
16. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором поворотный клапан является поворотным клапаном с посадкой по крутящему моменту.
17. Устройство, содержащее:
поворотный клапан, имеющий элемент регулирования потока;
средства привода для приема регулирующей текучей среды, находящейся под давлением, для изменения положения элемента регулирования потока;
средства управления клапаном для регулирования регулирующей текучей среды, находящейся под давлением, в ответ на положение элемента регулирования потока; и
средства снижения давления для снижения усилия для посадки элемента регулирования потока, когда поворотный клапан находится в закрытом положении.
18. Устройство по п. 17, в котором усилие для посадки элемента регулирования потока, когда поворотный клапан находится в закрытом положении, меньше усилия для открытия элемента регулирования потока, когда поворотный клапан находится в открытом положении.
19. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором средства снижения давления встроены в средства управления клапаном.
20. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором средства снижения давления являются электронно настраиваемыми.
