Claims (24)
1. Активный контролирующий влажность материал, содержащий материал на волокнистой основе и по меньшей мере одну активную добавку, при этом указанная активная добавка приспособлена для контроля передачи влаги в активный контролирующий влажность материал, а указанный активный контролирующий влажность материал получен в процессе изготовления бумаги или картона,
отличающийся тем, что
указанная активная добавка включена в указанный активный контролирующий влажность материал.
2. Активный контролирующий влажность материал по п.1, в котором активная добавка включена во время получения указанного материала в указанном процессе изготовления бумаги, картона или пенообразования.
3. Контролирующий влажность материал по любому из п.1 или 2, в котором активная добавка является любым из хлорида натрия, хлорида кальция и хлорида калия, силиката натрия, фосфатов и суперабсорбирующего полимера или их смеси.
4. Контролирующий влажность материал по любому из п.1 или 2, в котором активная добавка является любым из силикагеля, бентонитовой глины, молекулярного сита, оксида кальция или сульфата кальция.
5. Контролирующий влажность материал п.3, в котором суперабсорбирующий полимер является любым из синтетического суперабсорбирующего полимера, суперабсорбирующего полимера на основе полисахаридов и суперабсорбирующего полимера на основе полиаминокислот.
6. Контролирующий влажность материал по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором указанный волокнистый материал является любым из бумаги, картона и микрофибриллированной целлюлозы.
7. Активный контролирующий влажность материал по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором материал имеет толщину от 20 мкм до 3 мм или от 40 мкм до 1000 мкм или от 40 мкм до 500 мкм.
8. Активный контролирующий влажность материал по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором активная добавка обеспечена на четко определенных областях волокнистого материала, так что образуется рисунок контроля влажности.
9. Активный контролирующий влажность материал по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором указанный материал дополнительно снабжен пассивным барьерным материалом.
10. Активный контролирующий влажность материал по п.9, в котором указанный пассивный барьер содержит синтетический или возобновляемый полимер.
11. Активный контролирующий влажность материал по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором материал дополнительно снабжен дополнительным бумажным или картонным слоем, таким образом, образуя ламинированную структуру.
12. Упаковка, выполненная из активного контролирующего влажность материала по любому из пп.1-8, таким образом, образуя активную контролирующую влажность упаковку.
13. Упаковка по п.12, в которой указанный контролирующий влажность материал предварительно обработан до закрывания упаковки.

15. Упаковка по любому из пп.12-14, при этом указанная упаковка дополнительно снабжена или содержит наружный бумажный или картонный слой.
16. Применение упаковки по любому из пп.12-15 для упаковки любого из сигарет, медикаментов, косметики, электроники, металлических продуктов, одежды, обуви и пищевых продуктов.
17. Способ изготовления активного контролирующего влажность материала в машине для изготовления бумаги или картона, где указанный активный контролирующий влажность материал содержит волокнистый материал и активную добавку, а указанный способ является неавтономной, поточной или автономной операцией, при этом указанный способ включает этапы:
обеспечения волокнистого материала; и
добавления указанной активной добавки в указанный волокнистый материал, образуя, таким образом, активный контролирующий влажность материал.
18. Способ по п.17, в котором неавтономная операция изготовления бумаги или картона включает добавление указанной добавки в указанный волокнистый материал с помощью процесса смешивания целлюлозы, проклейки поверхности или покрытия.
19. Способ по п.17, в котором автономная операция выполнения бумаги или картона включает добавление указанной активной добавки в указанный волокнистый материал с помощью любой из печатной машинной технологии, технологии нанесения покрытия, технологии пенообразования или технологии пропитывания.
20. Способ по п.19, при этом указанный способ дополнительно включает обеспечение указанного активного контролирующего материала рисунком контроля влажности в четко обозначенных областях материала.
