Claims (29)
1. Препрег, включающий:
слой волокон, содержащий однонаправленно расположенные углеродные волокна, пропитанные термоотверждающейся смолой; и
слой смолы, существующий по меньшей мере на одной стороне слоя волокон и содержащий термоотверждающуюся смолу и термопластичную смолу, нерастворимую в термоотверждающейся смоле;
где препрег содержит углеродные волокна, имеющие поверхностную массу волокон от 120 до 300 г/м2, и имеет массовую долю смолы от 25 до 50 массовых %; и
где частота экстремальных значений геометрии поверхности по прямой, перпендикулярной волокнам препрега, составляет 30 точек/мм или меньше, когда препрег в течение 24 часов подвергают воздействию температуры, при которой коэффициент межслойного трения - наименьший;
где, используя листы препрега, укладываемые в пакет, измеряют коэффициент межслойного трения препрега с интервалами 10°C в температурном диапазоне от 40 до 80°C в условиях: скорости протягивания 0,2 мм/мин, перпендикулярного напряжения 0,1 бар и смещения при протягивании 1 мм.
2. Препрег по п. 1, где термопластичная смола находится в форме частиц.
3. Препрег по п. 1 или 2, где интервал температур, в котором коэффициент межслойного трения равен 0,1 или меньше, охватывает диапазон от 20°C или больше, где, используя листы препрега, укладываемые в пакет, измеряют коэффициент межслойного трения препрега с интервалами 10°C в температурном диапазоне от 40 до 80°C в условиях: скорости протягивания 0,2 мм/мин, перпендикулярного напряжения 0,1 бар и смещения при протягивании 1 мм.
4. Препрег по любому из пп. 1-3, где температура, при которой степень увеличения коэффициента межслойного трения составляет в пределах 20%, находится в температурном диапазоне от на 10°C ниже до на 10°C выше температуры, при которой коэффициент межслойного трения, в условиях смещения при протягивании 1 мм, является наименьшим,
где, используя листы препрега, укладываемые в пакет, измеряют коэффициент межслойного трения препрега с интервалами 10°C в температурном диапазоне от 40 до 80°C в условиях: скорости протягивания 0,2 мм/мин и перпендикулярного напряжения 0,1 бар,
где степень увеличения равна отношению коэффициента межслойного трения в условиях смещения при протягивании 2 мм к коэффициенту межслойного трения в условиях смещения при протягивании 1 мм.
5. Препрег, включающий:
слой волокон, содержащий однонаправленно расположенные углеродные волокна, пропитанные термоотверждающейся смолой; и
слой смолы, существующий по меньшей мере на одной стороне слоя волокон и содержащий термоотверждающуюся смолу и термопластичную смолу, нерастворимую в термоотверждающейся смоле;
где препрег содержит углеродные волокна, имеющие поверхностную массу волокон от 120 до 300 г/м2, и имеет массовую долю смолы от 25 до 50 массовых %; и
где температура, при которой смещение пуансона составляет 15 мм или больше, находится в температурном диапазоне от 40 до 80°С,
где смещение пуансона измеряют с интервалами 10°C в температурном диапазоне от 40 до 80°C,
где смещение происходит после того, как пуансон приходит в контакт со слоистым препрегом и до того времени, когда на слоистом препреге появляются складки;
где пуансон, который имеет форму полусферы диаметром 30 мм, прижимается к центру слоистого препрега в атмосфере с температурой, выдерживаемой при заданной температуре, и вдавливается в слоистый препрег так, что центр пуансона проходит через центр отверстия в опоре, когда пуансон прижимается к слоистому препрегу; и
где слоистый препрег, квадрат со стороной 150 мм, представляет собой 16 листов препрега, уложенных в пакет, в форме [45/0/-45/90]2S, запаянных в пленку, которая вакуумирована, и размещенных на опоре, имеющей отверстие диаметром 100 мм.
6. Препрег по п. 5, где интервал температур, в котором смещение пуансона равно 15 мм или больше колеблется по ширине от 20°C или больше в температурном диапазоне от 40 до 80°С.
7. Препрег по любому из пп. 1-6, где листы препрега, которые квазиизотропно укладывают в пакет и формируют, имеют прочность на сжатие после удара 250 МПа или больше, измеренную в соответствии с ASTM D7137/7137M-07.
8. Препрег по любому из пп. 1-7, где листы препрега, которые однонаправленно укладывают в пакет и формируют в ламинат, имеют вязкость при разрушении GIC 450 Дж/м2 или больше, измеренную в соответствии с JIS K7086-1993.
9. Препрег по любому из пп. 1-8, где листы препрега, которые однонаправленно укладывают в пакет и формируют в ламинат, имеют вязкость при разрушении GIIC 2200 Дж/м2 или больше, измеренную в соответствии с JIS K7086-1993.
10. Способ получения препрега, включающий:
получение слоя волокон, содержащего однонаправленно расположенные углеродные волокна, пропитанные термоотверждающейся смолой;
размещение по меньшей мере на одной стороне слоя волокон твердой смолы, которая является твердой при 25°С и имеет вязкость 10000 Па·с или меньше при 80°C; и
размещение, на той стороне, на которой твердая смола расположена, слоя смолы, содержащего термоотверждающуюся смолу и термопластичную смолу, нерастворимую в термоотверждающейся смоле;
где полученный препрег содержит углеродные волокна с поверхностной массой волокон от 120 до 300 г/м2 и имеет массовую долю смолы от 25 до 50 массовых %.
