Claims (10)
1. Способ для обнаружения сетевых служб отслеживания во время активности просмотра информации в сети, осуществляемой клиентами, имеющими связанные идентификаторы клиентов, способ содержит этапы, на которых:
- извлекают (2) пары ключ-значение, содержащиеся в навигационных данных;
- ищут (4) взаимно-однозначное соответствие между упомянутыми идентификаторами клиентов и значениями, содержащимися в упомянутых ключах;
- выбирают ключи, для которых наблюдается по меньшей мере взаимно-однозначное соответствие клиент-значение для по меньшей мере предопределенного количества клиентов, при этом упомянутые ключи идентифицируют связанные службы, как службы, выполняющие отслеживающую активность.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором упомянутое взаимно-однозначное соответствие наблюдается для каждого клиента на протяжении различных и последовательных использований одинаковых навигационных данных.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором упомянутые навигационные данные являются запросами HTTP или HTTPS GET, или данными, передаваемыми через запросы POST, или данными, встроенными в файлы cookie.
4. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором обнаруживают службы отслеживания первых сторон.
5. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором обнаруживают службы отслеживания третьих сторон.
6. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором обнаруживают комбинацию ключей, значения которых проявляют взаимно-однозначное соответствие с клиентом.
7. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором упомянутое предопределенное количество клиентов определяют с тем, чтобы избежать как неправильной классификации ключей, которые содержат другой тип информации, так и отсечения подлинных положительных ключей, связанных с большой группой объектов третьих сторон, которые могут не всегда присутствовать.
