Claims (57)

1. Способ размещения рабочей нагрузки в программно-определяемой автоматизированной (SDA) системе, содержащий этапы, на которых:
предоставляют SDA-систему, включающую в себя системный контроллерный узел и множество вычислительных узлов,
причем данное множество вычислительных узлов коммуникационно соединены с системным контроллерным узлом через первую сеть связи;
при этом системный контроллерный узел управляет упомянутым множеством вычислительных узлов и виртуализацией системы управления или ее части на по меньшей мере одном вычислительном узле из упомянутого множества вычислительных узлов через первую сеть связи, причем виртуализированная система управления включает в себя по меньшей мере один виртуализированный управляющий системный элемент, соединенный с виртуальной сетью, соединенной со второй сетью связи;
причем этот по меньшей мере один виртуализированный управляющий системный элемент управляет по меньшей мере одним физическим управляющим системным элементом через вторую сеть связи, соединенную с виртуальной сетью; и
при этом SDA-система выполнена с возможностью выполнения функции автоматизации, содержащей предварительно определенные функции устройств, назначаемые по меньшей мере одному автоматизированному устройству;
определяют задачи этих предварительно определенных функций устройств;
оценивают промышленные рабочие параметры для каждой задачи функций устройств;
ранжируют задачи по промышленным рабочим параметрам;
распределяют задачи по, по меньшей мере, двум автоматизированным устройствам на основе промышленных рабочих параметров.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором SDA-система дополнительно содержит вычислительные узлы; при этом распределение задач по, по меньшей мере, двум автоматизированным устройствам содержит этапы, на которых:
повторно развертывают по меньшей мере одну задачу в упомянутом по меньшей мере одном автоматизированном устройстве на основе промышленных рабочих параметров; и
разгружают по меньшей мере одну задачу в один из вычислительных узлов на основе промышленных рабочих параметров.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором промышленные рабочие параметры содержат:
критический с точки зрения технологического процесса уровень; и/или
чувствительный ко времени уровень; и/или
затраты на исполнение; и/или
критический с точки зрения близости уровень; и/или
эффективность затрат.
4. Способ по п. 3, в котором оценка промышленных рабочих параметров содержит, для каждой задачи, этапы, на которых:
определяют критический с точки зрения технологического процесса уровень; и/или
определяют чувствительный ко времени уровень; и/или
определяют затраты на исполнение; и/или
определяют критический с точки зрения близости уровень; и/или
определяют эффективность затрат.
5. Способ по п. 4, в котором ранжирование задач по промышленным рабочим параметрам содержит этапы, на которых:
ранжируют по критическому с точки зрения технологического процесса уровню; и/или
ранжируют по чувствительному ко времени уровню; и/или
ранжируют по затратам на исполнение; и/или
ранжируют по критическому с точки зрения близости уровню; и/или
ранжируют по эффективности затрат.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 3-5, в котором критический с точки зрения технологического процесса уровень в качестве промышленных рабочих параметров содержит набор параметров, содержащих:
потребность в доступности функции; и/или
требование по безопасности.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 3-6, в котором чувствительный ко времени уровень в качестве промышленных рабочих параметров содержит набор параметров, содержащих:
точность времени выполнения, и
количественную длительность.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 3-7, в котором затраты на исполнение в качестве промышленных рабочих параметров содержат набор параметров, содержащих:
ограничения по времени обработки;
потребление ресурсов; и/или
требование с точки зрения производительности обработки.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 3-8, в котором критический с точки зрения близости уровень в качестве промышленных рабочих параметров содержит набор параметров, содержащих:
близость к первичному актуатору; и/или
взаимозависимость близости первичной задачи относительно вторичных задач.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 3-9, в котором эффективность затрат в качестве промышленных рабочих параметров содержит набор параметров, содержащих:
капитальные расходы; и
эксплуатационные расходы.
11. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором повторное развертывание задач и разгрузка задач содержит этапы, на которых:
выбирают задачи для разгрузки на основе промышленных рабочих параметров;
указывают выбранные задачи для разгрузки в контроллерный SDA-узел;
распределяют выбранные задачи для разгрузки в вычислительные узлы на основе оцениваемых промышленных рабочих параметров;
устанавливают сетевую связь между вычислительными узлами для обеспечения выполнения распределенных задач.
12. Способ по п. 11, в котором повторное развертывание задач и разгрузка задач дополнительно содержит этапы, на которых:
выбирают задачи для повторного развертывания на основе промышленных рабочих параметров;
указывают выбранные задачи для повторного развертывания в контроллерный SDA-узел;
распределяют выбранные задачи для повторного развертывания на автоматизированные устройства на основе оцениваемых промышленных рабочих параметров;
устанавливают сетевую связь между вычислительными узлами для обеспечения выполнения распределенных задач.
