Claims (25)
1. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера для обработки выхлопного газа из дизельного двигателя, включающий:
материал первого NOx-абсорбера, содержащий молекулярно-ситовый катализатор, где молекулярно-ситовый катализатор включает благородный металл и молекулярное сито, и где молекулярное сито содержит благородный металл;
материал второго NOx-абсорбера, содержащий палладий (Pd), нанесенный на оксид церия; и
подложку, имеющую впускной конец и выпускной конец.
2. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по п.1, в котором благородный металл включает палладий.
3. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по п.1 или 2, в котором молекулярное сито имеет алюмосиликатный каркас, алюмофосфатный каркас или силикоалюмофосфатный каркас.
4. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором молекулярное сито выбирается из мелкопористого молекулярного сита, среднепористого молекулярного сита и крупнопористого молекулярного сита.
5. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором молекулярное сито представляет собой мелкопористое молекулярное сито, имеющее каркас типа, выбранного из группы, состоящей из ACO, AEI, AEN, AFN, AFT, AFX, ANA, APC, APD, ATT, CDO, CHA, DDR, DFT, EAB, EDI, EPI, ERI, GIS, GOO, IHW, ITE, ITW, LEV, KFI, MER, MON, NSI, OWE, PAU, PHI, RHO, RTH, SAT, SAV, SIV, THO, TSC, UEI, UFI, VNI, YUG, ZON, и смеси или сростки любых двух или более из них.
6. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по п.5, в котором мелкопористое молекулярное сито имеет тип каркаса, который представляет собой AEI или CHA.
7. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором молекулярное сито имеет алюмосиликатный каркас, и молярное отношение оксида кремния к оксиду алюминия составляет от 10 до 200.
8. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором оксид церия представляет собой диоксид церия (СеО2) или смешанный или сложный оксид из диоксида церия и второго оксида, выбранного из оксида алюминия и диоксида циркония.
9. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором оксид церия легирован легирующей добавкой, причем легирующая добавка представляет собой элемент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из вольфрама (W), кремния (Si), титана (Ti), лантана (La), празеодима (Pr), гафния (Hf), иттрия (Y), иттербия (Yb), самария (Sm), неодима (Nd), и комбинации двух или более из них.
10. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором концентрация палладия (Pd) составляет ≤2%% по весу относительно концентрации оксида церия.
11. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, который включает смесь материала первого NOx-абсорбера и материала второго NOx-абсорбера.
12. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из пп. 1-10, причем катализатор NOx-абсорбера включает первую зону и вторую зону, причем первая зона включает материал первого NOx-абсорбера, а вторая зона включает материал второго NOx-абсорбера.
13. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по п.12, в котором первая зона размещается выше по потоку относительно второй зоны, или первая зона размещается ниже по потоку относительно второй зоны.
14. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из пп. 1-10, который включает первую область и вторую область, причем первая область включает материал первого NOx-абсорбера, и вторая область включает материал второго NOx-абсорбера, и при этом либо первая область перекрывает вторую область, либо вторая область перекрывает первую область.
15. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из пп. 1-10, который включает первый слой и второй слой, причем первый слой включает материал первого NOx-абсорбера, и второй слой включает материал второго NOx-абсорбера, и при этом либо первый слой размещен на втором слое, либо второй слой размещен на первом слое.
16. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно включающий область дизельного катализатора окисления (DOC).
17. Катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором подложка представляет собой проточный монолит или фильтрующий монолит.
18. Выхлопная система, включающая катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из пп. 1-17 и устройство регулирования выбросов.
19. Выхлопная система по п.18, в которой устройство регулирования выбросов выбирается из группы, состоящей из дизельного сажевого фильтра (DPF), ловушки обедненного NOx (LNT), катализатора обедненного NOx (LNC), катализатора селективного каталитического восстановления (SCR), дизельного катализатора окисления (DOC), каталитического сажевого фильтра (CSF), фильтра с катализатором селективного каталитического восстановления (SCRFTM), катализатора для предотвращения проскока аммиака (ASC), и комбинации двух или более из них.
20. Транспортное средство, включающее работающий на бедной смеси двигатель и катализатор NOx-абсорбера по любому из пп. 1-16 или выхлопную систему по п. 18 или 19.
21. Транспортное средство по п.20, в котором работающий на бедной смеси двигатель сконфигурирован для работы на дизельном топливе, содержащем ≤50 млн-1 серы.
22. Способ обработки выхлопного газа из работающего на бедной смеси двигателя, включающий осуществление контакта выхлопного газа с катализатором NOx-абсорбера по любому из пп. 1-17, или пропускание выхлопного газа через выхлопную систему по п.18 или 19.
