Claims (40)
1. Способ гидропиролиза, включающий
введение биомассы и водорода в установку гидропиролиза, содержащую один или несколько реакторов;
деоксигенирование биомассы в степени, достаточной для получения в установке гидропиролиза парообразного продукта, содержащего в газообразном состоянии деоксигенированные конденсирующиеся углеводороды, неконденсирующиеся газы и воду;
охлаждение парообразного продукта для конденсации жидкой органической фазы и жидкой водной фазы, содержащей по меньшей мере одно соединение из парообразного продукта, включая аммиак (NH3), который растворен в жидкой водной фазе; и
фазовое отделение жидкой водной фазы от жидкой органической фазы, и получение газообразного продукта, содержащего NH3, или водного продукта, содержащего аммиак, из водной фазы.
2. Способ по п.1, где установка гидропиролиза включает несколько реакторов, соединенных последовательно.
3. Способ по п.1, где растворимый NH3 присутствует в водной фазе в количестве, превышающем количество, которое необходимо для взаимодействия с H2S для образования (NH4)2S в водной фазе.
4. Способ по п.3, где водный продукт, содержащий аммиак, получен с помощью последующей каталитической реакции водной фазы с кислородом, чтобы по существу окислить (NH4)2S до (NH4)2SO4.
5. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий отделение из конденсированных органической и водной фаз охлажденной паровой фазы, содержащей неконденсирующиеся газы, включающие неконденсирующиеся углеводороды и H2S.
6. Способ по п.5, дополнительно включающий обработку охлажденной паровой фазы, чтобы по существу удалить H2S.
7. Способ по п.6, где обработка включает контактирование охлажденной паровой фазы со слоем сорбента или с жидкостью для промывки.
8. Способ по п.5, дополнительно включающий паровой риформинг по меньшей мере части охлажденной паровой фазы для получения водорода.
9. Способ по п.1, где способ включает получение газообразного продукта, содержащего NH3, путем отпарки кислых вод из жидкой водной фазы.
10. Способ по п.9, где газообразный продукт, содержащий NH3, получен последующей реакцией жидкой водной фазы с кислородом, чтобы по существу окислить (NH4)2S до (NH4)2SO4, с последующей отпаркой кислых вод из жидкой водной фазы.
11. Способ по п.10, где реакция жидкой водной фазы с кислородом протекает каталитически.
12. Способ по п.1, где водный продукт, содержащий аммиак, получен последующей реакцией жидкой водной фазы с кислородом, чтобы по существу окислить (NH4)2S до (NH4)2SO4.
13. Способ по п.1, где биомасса содержит влагу, которая вносит вклад в содержании влаги в жидкой водной фазе.
14. Способ по п.1, где деоксигенированные конденсирующиеся углеводороды по существу извлечены в жидкую органическую фазу, и они содержат углеводороды, имеющие свойства, соответствующие бензину, дизельному топливу и керосину.
15. Способ по п.1, где биомасса содержит азот (N) и серу (S) в количестве, достаточном для образования NH3 и H2S в парообразном продукте, и количество NH3, больше, чем необходимо для взаимодействия с H2S с образованием (NH4)2S.
16. Способ по п.1, где жидкая водная фаза содержит воду в количестве, большем, чем необходимо для растворения (NH4)2S, который образован взаимодействием NH3 с H2S, который первоначально находится в парообразном продукте.
17. Способ получения продукта, содержащего аммиак, включающий:
обработку биомассы в установке гидропиролиза с получением твердого угля и горячего парообразного продукта, содержащего водород, монооксид углерода, диоксид углерода, деоксигенированные конденсирующиеся углеводороды и водяной пар;
охлаждение горячего парообразного продукта для конденсации в виде отдельных жидких фаз, органической фазы и водной фазы, содержащей NH4OH, который образован за счет растворения NH3 из горячего парообразного продукта в водной фазе; и
разделение жидких фаз и получение продукта, содержащего аммиак, в виде газообразного продукта, содержащего NH3, или водного продукта, содержащего NH4OH, из водной фазы.
18. Способ по п.17, где водная фаза дополнительно содержит (NH4)2S, полученный за счет растворения NH3 и H2S из горячего парообразного продукта в водной фазе, и взаимодействия части растворенного NH3 с растворенным H2S.
19. Способ по п.17, где установка гидропиролиза включает несколько реакторов, соединенных последовательно.
20. Способ по п.17, где продукт, содержащий аммиак, представляет собой газообразный продукт, содержащий NH3, который получен путем отпарки кислых вод из жидкой водной фазы.
21. Способ по п.17, дополнительно включающий
отделение из жидкой фазы охлажденной паровой фазы, содержащий неконденсирующиеся углеводороды, и
паровой риформинг по меньшей мере части неконденсирующихся углеводородов с получением водорода, который используется для обработки биомассы в установке гидропиролиза.
22. Способ гидропиролиза, включающий
введение исходного сырья биомассы и водорода в установку гидропиролиза, включающей один или несколько реакторов, где в исходном сырье биомассы присутствует сера;
деоксигенирование биомассы в степени, достаточной для получения в установке гидропиролиза парообразного продукта, содержащего в газообразном состоянии деоксигенированные конденсирующиеся углеводороды, неконденсирующиеся газы, H2S и воду;
охлаждение парообразного продукта с получением конденсированной жидкой органической фазы, конденсированной жидкой водной фазы и охлажденной паровой фазы, содержащей по меньшей мере часть H2S;
разделение конденсированной жидкой органической фазы, конденсированной жидкой водной фазы и охлажденной паровой фазы;
обработку охлажденной паровой фазы чтобы по существу удалить H2S и получить обработанную паровую фазу, содержащую по меньшей мере часть неконденсирующихся углеводородов; и
проведение парового риформинга обработанной паровой фазы, для получения водорода из неконденсирующиеся углеводородов путем риформинга.
23. Способ по п.22, где установка гидропиролиза включает несколько реакторов, соединенных последовательно.
24. Способ по п.22, где стадия обработки включает контактирование охлажденной паровой фазы со слоем сорбента или с жидкостью для промывки.
25. Способ по п.22, дополнительно включающий рециркуляцию по меньшей мере части водорода из установки парового риформинга в установку гидропиролиза.
