Claims (31)

1. Молекулярное сито, принадлежащее к семейству цеолитов ZSM-48, причем молекулярное сито имеет
молярное соотношение оксида кремния к оксиду алюминия от 40 до 200,
по меньшей мере 70% политипа 6 от общего количества материала типа ZSM-48, присутствующего в продукте, и
дополнительную фазу молекулярного сита EUO-типа в количестве от 0 до 3,5% мас. от общего количества продукта; и
при том, что молекулярное сито имеет морфологию, характеризующуюся как поликристаллические агрегаты, содержащие кристаллиты, имеющие в совокупности средний коэффициент формы от 1 до 8.
2. Молекулярное сито по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что молекулярное сито имеет, в своей свежесинтезированнрй форме, рентгеновскую дифрактограмму, по существу описанную в следующей Таблице:

(b) W=слабая (от >0 до≤20); M=средняя (от >20 до≤40); S=сильная (от >40 до≤60); VS=очень сильная (от >60 до≤100).
3. Молекулярное сито по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что имеет молярное соотношение оксида кремния к оксиду алюминия от 70 до 160.
4. Молекулярное сито по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающееся тем, что имеет молярное соотношение оксида кремния к оксиду алюминия от 80 до 140.
5. Молекулярное сито по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающееся тем, что содержит по меньшей мере 80% политипа 6 от общего количества материала типа ZSM-48, присутствующего в продукте.
6. Молекулярное сито по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающееся тем, что содержит от 0,1 до 2% мас. EU-1.
7. Молекулярное сито по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающееся тем, что кристаллиты имеют в совокупности средний коэффициент формы от 1 до 5.
8. Молекулярное сито по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающееся тем, что содержит по меньшей мере 90% политипа 6 от общего количества материала типа ZSM-48, присутствующего в продукте.
9. Молекулярное сито по любому из пп. 1-8, отличающееся тем, что кристаллиты имеют в совокупности средний коэффициент формы от 1 до 3.
10. Способ получения молекулярного сита по любому из пп. 1-9, включающий приготовление реакционной смеси, содержащей по меньшей мере один источник кремния, по меньшей мере один источник алюминия, по меньшей мере один источник элемента, выбранного из Групп I и II Периодической таблицы элементов, гидроксид-ионы, катионы гексаметония и воду; и воздействие на реакционную смесь условий кристаллизации, достаточных для образования кристаллов молекулярного сита.
11. Способ по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что молекулярное сито получают из реакционной смеси, содержащей, в переводе на молярные соотношения, следующие материалы:
SiO2/Al2O3 50-220 M/SiO2 0,05-1,0 Q/SiO2 0,01-0,2 OH/SiO2 0,05-0,4 H2O/SiO2 3-100
где M выбирают из группы, состоящей из элементов Групп I и II Периодической таблицы элементов; и Q обозначает катион гексаметония.
12. Способ по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что молекулярное сито получают из реакционной смеси, содержащей, в переводе на молярные соотношения, следующие материалы:
SiO2/Al2O3 85-180 M/SiO2 0,1-0,8 Q/SiO2 0,02-0,1 OH/SiO2 0,10-0,3 H2O/SiO2 10-50
где M выбирают из группы, состоящей из элементов Групп I и II Периодической таблицы элементов; и Q обозначает катион гексаметония.
13. Способ конверсии углеводородов, включающий приведение углеводородного сырья в контакт с катализатором, содержащим молекулярное сито по любому из пп. 1-9, в условиях, пригодных для конверсии углеводорода.
14. Применение молекулярного сита по любому из пп. 1-9, для конверсии углеводородов в условиях, пригодных для конверсии углеводородов.
