Claims (10)
1. Композиция полимера винилиденхлорида, содержащая (a) полимер винилиденхлорида, полученный из смеси мономеров, содержащей от 60 до 99 массовых процентов мономера винилиденхлорида и от 40 до 1 массовых процентов мономера с одной этиленовой ненасыщенной связью, способного к сополимеризации с винилиденхлоридом; (b) от 0,3 до 5 массовых процентов акрилового полимера относительно общей массы полимерной композиции; и (c) от 0,2 до 7 массовых процентов по меньшей мере одной добавки, содержащей (i) по меньшей мере один воск в количестве от 0,01 до 2 массовых процентов относительно общей массы полимерной композиции, (ii) по меньшей мере один полиэтилен, имеющий плотность более 0,940 г/см3, в количестве от 0,1 до 5 массовых процентов относительно общей массы полимерной композиции, или их комбинации.
2. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что мономер с одной этиленовой ненасыщенной связью содержит винилхлорид, алкилакрилат, алкилметакрилат, акриловую кислоту, метакриловую кислоту, итаконовую кислоту, акрилонитрил, метакрилонитрил или их комбинацию.
3. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что мономер с одной этиленовой ненасыщенной связью содержит метилакрилат.
4. Композиция полимера по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что акриловый полимер содержит мономерные звенья, полученные из по меньшей мере одного из следующих мономеров: алкилакрилата, алкилметакрилата, стирольного мономера или их комбинации.
5. Композиция полимера по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере одна добавка содержит парафиновый воск Фишера-Тропша.
6. Композиция полимера по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающаяся тем, что воск имеет молекулярную массу по меньшей мере 500 и температуру плавления по меньшей мере 70°С.
7. Композиция полимера по любому из пп. 1-6, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере один пластификатор, причем указанный по меньшей мере один пластификатор содержит эпоксидированное соевое масло, эпоксидированное льняное масло, эпоксидированные сложные эфиры, дибутилсебацинат, ацетилтрибутилцитрат, сложный эфир лимонной кислоты, полимерное сложноэфирное масло, высокомолекулярное сложноэфирное масло или их комбинацию.
8. Композиция полимера по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что композиция содержит от 0,1 до 10 массовых процентов пластификатора.
9. Композиция полимера по любому из пп. 1-8, отличающаяся тем, что полимер винилиденхлорида находится в форме частиц, и по меньшей мере один из акрилового полимера, воска или полиэтилена коагулирован на поверхности частиц полимера винилиденхлорида.
10. Изделие, изготовленное из полимерной композиции по любому из пп. 1-9.
