Claims (18)
1. Смазочная композиция для уменьшения коррозии меди и/или свинца, содержащая основу смазочного материала, и композицию присадок, содержащую (A) не содержащее серы органическое соединение молибдена, представляющее собой комплекс сложного эфира/амида молибдена, (B) серосодержащее органическое соединение молибдена и (C) триазольное производное, полученное посредством реакции 1,2,4-триазола, источника формальдегида и амина; при этом триазольное производное выбирается из алкилированного дифениламинового производного триазола и алкиламинового производного триазола; где отношение (A):(B), выраженное как содержание молибдена, составляет примерно от 0,5:1 до 2:1 и общее содержание молибдена от (А) и (В) составляет от 75 ч/млн до 320 ч/млн, и (С) триазольное производное присутствует в количестве от 0,005 % масс. до 0,4% масс. от смазочной композиции.
2. Смазочная композиция по п.1, где общее содержание молибдена составляет от 160 ч/млн до 320 ч/млн.
3. Смазочная композиция по п.1, где отношение (A):(B), выраженное как содержание молибдена, составляет 1:1.
4. Смазочная композиция по п.1, где производное триазола представляет собой алкилированное дифениламиновое производное триазола, которое выбирается из монобутилированного дифениламинового производного триазола, дибутилированного дифениламинового производного триазола, монобутилированного монооктилированного дифениламинового производного триазола, монооктилированного дифениламинового производного триазола, диоктилированного дифениламинового производного триазола и динонилированного дифениламинового производного триазола.
5. Смазочная композиция по п.1, где производное триазола представляет собой бис(алкил)аминометильное производное триазола.
6. Смазочная композиция по п.5, где алкиламиновое производное триазола представляет собой 1-(N,N-бис(2-этилгексил)аминометил)-1,2,4-триазол.
7. Смазочная композиция по п.1, где серосодержащее соединение молибдена выбирается из дитиофосфата молибдена, дитиокарбамата молибдена и трехъядерного дитиокарбамата молибдена.
8. Смазочная композиция по п.1, где уменьшение коррозии меди и/или свинца соответствует High Temperature Corrosion Bench Test ASTM D 6594.
9. Смазочная композиция по п.1, где смазочное масло является таким, которое определяется как коррозивное относительно Cu и/или Pb согласно High Temperature Corrosion Bench Test ASTM D 6594, когда, по меньшей мере, один компонент из A, B или C отсутствует.
10. Смазочная композиция по п.4, где алкилированное дифениламиновое производное триазола выбирается из бутилированного/октилированного дифениламинового производного триазола и диоктилированного дифениламинового производного триазола.
11. Смазочная композиция по п.10, где отношение (A):(B), выраженное как содержание молибдена, составляет 1:1.
12. Смазочная композиция по п.6, где отношение (A):(B), выраженное как содержание молибдена, составляет 1:1.
13. Способ уменьшения высокотемпературной коррозии в дизельных двигателях для тяжелых условий, включающий стадии:
(1) определение того, является ли дизельное машинное масло для тяжелых условий коррозивным по отношению к Cu и/или Pb согласно High Temperature Corrosion Bench Test ASTM D 6594, когда отсутствует, по меньшей мере, один из следующих компонентов в машинном масле:
(A) источник не содержащего серы органического соединения молибдена,
(B) источник серосодержащего органического соединения молибдена, и
(C) триазольное производное, полученное из 1,2,4-триазола, источника формальдегида и источника амина; и
(2) если машинное масло определяется как коррозивное согласно стадии (1), добавление в машинное масло одного или нескольких компонентов (A), (B) и (C), так что общее количество компонентов является таким, как представлено в п.1.
