Claims (21)
1. Способ производства метанола из синтетического газа, включающего следующие стадии:
предоставление свежего сжатого газа для синтеза метанола, содержащего водород, монооксид углерода и диоксид углерода, который предварительно нагревают и пропускают через метанольный предварительный конвертер/предохранительный реактор, в котором синтетический газ частично конвертируют в метанол в присутствии гетерогенного метанольного катализатора, а ядовитые примеси из подаваемого газа удаляют,
предоставление рециркуляционного газового потока, содержащего частично конвертированный газ для синтеза метанола, и смешивание части рециркуляционного потока со свежим синтетическим газом, если это необходимо, как в случае частичной загрузки, в поток технологического газа,
охлаждение потока технологического газа из предварительного конвертера/предохранительного реактора до температуры, допустимой для основного конвертера, и подача охлажденного потока технологического газа в обычную схему синтеза метанола, и
выделение сырого метанола из схемы синтеза, в которой выходной адиабатической температурой в предварительном конвертере/предохранительном реакторе управляют посредством оперативной регулировки рециркуляционного газа, т.е. воздействием на объемную скорость подачи газа (GHSV) в предварительном конвертере.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором предварительный конвертер/предохранительный реактор(ы) выполнен(ы) по размеру и конструкции с возможностью заводской поддержки состояния полной загрузки, обработки и конвертации подаваемого газа на входе (подпиточного газа) без риска перегрева катализатора.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором устанавливают объемную скорость защитного газа через реактор в схеме синтеза метанола, чтобы избежать перегрева катализатора.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором гетерогенный метанольный катализатор представляет собой медь-цинковый оксидный катализатор на алюминиевом носителе.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором катализатор в предварительном конвертере/предохранительном реакторе является менее активным по отношению к синтезу метанола, но в то же время имеет высокую поглощающую способность по отношению к ядам (в основном сере, железу и хлору).
6. Компоновка реактора для осуществления способа производства метанола из синтетического газа по любому из пп. 1-5, причем указанная компоновка реактора включает:

газо-жидкостной сепаратор (6) высокого давления, который делит входной поток на сырой метанол (В) и рециркуляционный газ,
рециркуляционный компрессор (7), и
схема очистки (С).
7. Компоновка реактора по п. 6, причем компоновка реактора дополнительно включает средства (10) для задания и управления максимально возможной выходной температурой посредством холодного рециркуляционного газового потока, который вводится в предварительный конвертер(ы) (1) через входной клапан (11).
8. Компоновка реактора по п. 6, которая имеет разделитель свежего подаваемого газа (подпиточного газа), расположенный на холодной стороне, т.е. перед теплообменником (4) с входным и выходным потоками.
9. Компоновка реактора по любому из пп. 6-8, которая предоставляет возможность замены рабочего катализатора в предварительных конвертерах/предохранительных реакторах.
