Claims (32)
1. Применение сополимеров, получаемых в результате
на первой стадии реакции (I) сополимеризации
(A) по меньшей мере одной ненасыщенной по этиленовому типу моно- или дикарбоновой кислоты или ее производных, предпочтительно, дикарбоновой кислоты или ее производных, более предпочтительно, ангидрида дикарбоновой кислоты,
(B) по меньшей мере одного α-олефина, имеющего по меньшей мере от 12 вплоть до 30 атомов углерода включительно,
(C) необязательно по меньшей мере одного дополнительного, имеющего по меньшей мере 4 атома углерода, алифатического или циклоалифатического олефина, который отличается от (В), и
(D) необязательно одного или нескольких других способных к сополимеризации мономеров, которые отличаются от мономеров (А), (В) и (С), выбираемых из группы, состоящей из
(Da) сложных виниловых эфиров,
(Db) простых виниловых эфиров,
(Dc) сложных эфиров из (мет)акриловой кислоты и спиртов, которые имеют по меньшей мере 5 атомов углерода,
(Dd) аллиловых спиртов или их простых эфиров,
(De) N-виниловых соединений, выбранных из группы, состоящей из виниловых соединений гетероциклов, содержащих по меньшей мере один атом азота, N-виниламидов или N-виниллактамов,
(Df) ненасыщенных по этиленовому типу ароматических соединений,
(Dg) ненасыщенных по α,β-этиленовому типу нитрилов,
(Dh) амидов (мет)акриловой кислоты и
(Di) аллиламинов,
а затем
на необязательной второй стадии реакции (II) частичного гидролиза ангидридных функциональных групп, содержащихся в полученном из стадии (I) сополимере, и/или частичного гидролиза функциональных групп сложных эфиров карбоновых кислот, содержащихся в полученном из стадии (I) сополимере, при условии, что более 90% содержащихся функциональных групп ангидридов и сложных эфиров карбоновых кислот после стадии реакции (II) сохраняются,
в качестве ингибиторов коррозии в топливах, имеющих содержание щелочных и/или щелочноземельных металлов и/или цинка по меньшей мере 0,1 масс. часть на млн.
2. Применение по п. 1, в котором щелочные и/или щелочноземельные металлы и/или цинк выбираются из группы, состоящей из натрия, цинка, магния и кальция.
3. Применение по п. 1, в котором мономер (А) выбирается из группы, состоящей из акриловой кислоты, метакриловой кислоты, сложного метилового эфира акриловой кислоты, сложного этилового эфира акриловой кислоты, сложного н-бутилового эфира акриловой кислоты, сложного метилового эфира метакриловой кислоты и ангидрида малеиновой кислоты, предпочтительно, ангидрида малеиновой кислоты.
4. Применение по п. 1, в котором мономер (В) представляет собой α-олефин, имеющий по меньшей мере от 14 и до 26 атомов углерода включительно.
5. Применение по п. 1, в котором олефин (С) представляет собой полимер, имеющий более 30 атомов углерода из пропена, 1-бутена, 2-бутена или изобутена или олефиновых смесей, содержащих последний, предпочтительно, из изобутена или олефиновых смесей, содержащих последний, имеющий среднюю молекулярную массу Mw в диапазоне от 500 до 5000 г/моль.
6. Применение по п. 1, в котором смесь олефинов (В) и (С), усредненная по их молярному количеству, имеет по меньшей мере 12 атомов углерода.
7. Применение по п. 1, в котором мономер (D) выбирается из группы, состоящей из (Da), (Db), (Dc), (De) и (Df).
8. Применение по п. 1, в котором молярное соотношение (А)/((В) и (С)) (в сумме) составляет от 10:1 до 1:10.
9. Применение по п. 8, в котором молярное соотношение мономера (В) к мономеру (С) составляет 1: от 0,05 до 10.
10. Применение по п. 8, в котором доля одного или нескольких мономеров (D), в пересчете на количество мономеров (А), (В), а также необязательно (С) (в сумме), составляет от 5 до 200% мольн.
11. Применение по п. 1, в котором в качестве компонента (А) используется ангидрид малеиновой кислоты, а необязательная стадия реакции (II) не проводится.
12. Применение по п. 1, в котором в качестве компонента (А) используется ангидрид малеиновой кислоты, а на стадии реакции (II) сохраняются от более чем 90% и вплоть до 99,9% функциональных групп ангидрида.
13. Применение по любому из пп. 1-12 для ингибирования коррозии поверхностей из железа, поверхностей из стали и/или поверхностей из цветных металлов.
14. Применение по любому из пп. 1-12 для ингибирования коррозии меди и медьсодержащих сплавов.
15. Применение по любому из пп. 1-12, в котором топливо представляет собой дизельное или бензиновое топливо.
