1. Фармацевтическая упаковка, содержащая:
- стеклянный корпус, обладающий коэффициентом расслаивания меньшим или равным 10, причем стеклянный корпус имеет внутреннюю поверхность, внешнюю поверхность и толщину стенки, простирающуюся между внешней поверхностью и внутренней поверхностью; и
- по меньшей мере, одну маркировку в пределах толщины стенки, причем маркировка содержит часть стеклянного корпуса, обладающую показателем преломления, который отличается от показателя преломления немаркированной части стеклянного корпуса.
2. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой маркировка позволяет контролировать прохождение фармацевтической упаковки через процесс изготовления, процесс заполнения или в области использования.
3. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой стеклянный корпус образован из щелочноалюмосиликатного состава стекла.
4. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 3, в которой в щелочноалюмосиликатном составе стекла почти отсутствует бор и соединения, содержащие бор.
5. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая:
- слой с напряжением сжатия, простирающийся от внешней поверхности стеклянного корпуса на толщину стенки, причем слой с напряжением сжатия обладает сжимающим напряжением поверхности, большим или равным 150 МПа;
при этом, по меньшей мере, одна маркировка не находится в пределах слоя с напряжением сжатия.
6. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой маркировка представляет собой открытую маркировку.
7. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой маркировка представляет собой скрытую маркировку.
8. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой маркировка находится в пределах середины от 80% от толщины стенки.
9. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой маркировка простирается почти через всю толщину стенки, но не простирается до внутренней поверхности или внешней поверхности.
10. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой показатель преломления маркировки отличается от показателя преломления немаркированной части стеклянного корпуса примерно на 0,3-0,5%.
11. Фармацевтическая упаковка по п. 1, в которой фармацевтическая упаковка содержит флуоресценцию, приписываемую составу фармацевтической упаковке, области напряжений или покрытию с низким коэффициентом трения, которое способствует выявлению маркировки.
12. Способ формирования маркировки для защиты от подделок в фармацевтической упаковке, содержащий:
- фокусирование пучка импульсного лазера на точке в пределах толщины стенки стеклянного корпуса, образованного из щелочноалюмосиликатного состава стекла, причем толщина стенки простирается между внутренней поверхностью и внешней поверхностью стеклянного корпуса; и
- перемещение пучка импульсного лазера вдоль траектории сканирования в пределах толщины стенки, эффективной, чтобы вызвать изменения показателя преломления вдоль траектории сканирования относительно показателя преломления части стеклянного корпуса, не облучаемой пучком импульсного лазера, с образованием, таким образом, маркировки для защиты от подделок в фармацевтической упаковке.
13. Способ по п. 12, дополнительно содержащий ионообменное упрочнение стеклянного корпуса, перед фокусированием пучка импульсного лазера и перемещением пучка импульсного лазера.
14. Способ по п. 12, дополнительно содержащий ионообменное упрочнение стеклянного корпуса, вслед за фокусированием пучка импульсного лазера и перемещением пучка импульсного лазера.
15. Способ по п. 12, в котором пучок импульсного лазера обладает энергией импульса примерно 1000-5000 нДж.
16. Способ по п. 12, в котором пучок импульсного лазера обладает длиной волны примерно 900-1600 нм.
17. Способ по п. 12, в котором пучок импульсного лазера обладает частотой следования импульсов примерно 0,05-0,5 МГц.
18. Способ по п. 12, в котором корпус обладает коэффициентом расслаивания, меньшим или равным 3.
19. Способ по п. 12, в котором маркировка для защиты от подделок является скрытой.
20. Способ формирования маркировки для защиты от подделок в фармацевтической упаковке, содержащий:
- фокусирование пучка импульсного лазера на точке на поверхности стеклянного корпуса, образованного из щелочноалюмосиликатного состава стекла; и
- перемещение пучка импульсного лазера вдоль траектории сканирования вдоль поверхности, эффективной для удаления полимерного покрытия с поверхности стеклянного корпуса, с образованием, таким образом, маркировки для защиты от подделок на стеклянном корпусе.
21. Способ по п. 20, в котором пучок импульсного лазера обладает плотностью мощности примерно более 0,025 Дж/см2.
22. Способ по п. 20, в котором пучок импульсного лазера обладает длиной волны примерно 193-2000 нм.
23. Способ по п. 20, в котором пучок импульсного лазера обладает средней мощностью примерно 50-500 мВт.
24. Способ по п. 20, в котором полимерное покрытие содержит полиимидное покрытие.
25. Способ по п. 20, в котором разность в УФ-поглощении между маркировкой для защиты от подделок и немаркированной частью стеклянного корпуса составляет примерно 10-100%.
26. Способ по п. 20, в котором разность в УФ-индуцированной флуоресценции между маркировкой для защиты от подделок и немаркированной частью стеклянного корпуса составляет более 10%.
27. Способ выявления маркировки для защиты от подделок на фармацевтической упаковке, содержащий:
- направление источника света к поверхности, содержащей маркировку для защиты от подделок, под углом проецирования примерно 0-45°; и
- проецирование маркировки для защиты от подделок на плоскость изображения для выявления;
в котором маркировка для защиты от подделок не поддается выявлению путем непосредственного наблюдения или непосредственного освещения источником света.
28. Способ по п. 27, в котором источник света содержит гелиево-неоновый лазер, обладающий длиной волны примерно 400-1000 нм.
29. Способ по п. 27, в котором угол проецирования составляет примерно 1-40°.
30. Способ по п. 27, в котором маркировка для защиты от подделок содержит часть фармацевтической упаковки, обладающую показателем преломления, который отличается от показателя преломления немаркированной части фармацевтической упаковки.
