Claims (22)
1. Электронное ингаляционное устройство, содержащее
источник энергии;
компьютер, имеющий компьютерный процессор, память и средство ввода-вывода и сконфигурированный так, что он имеет возможность входа, в процессе работы, в режим меню, когда пользователь активизирует режим меню; и
устройство ввода данных, подключенное к компьютеру для управления режимом меню.
2. Устройство по п. 1, выполненное с возможностью активизирования режима меню через устройство ввода данных.
3. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, выполненное с возможностью выбора опции меню через устройство ввода данных.
4. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором устройство ввода данных имеет включатель.
5. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором устройство ввода данных имеет кнопку.
6. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором устройство ввода данных содержит датчик давления.
7. Устройство по п. 1, в котором компьютер сконфигурирован с возможностью входа, в процессе работы, в режим меню, когда датчик давления обнаруживает работу устройства за рамками режима нормальной работы.
8. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором компьютер сконфигурирован с возможностью входа в режим меню, когда датчик давления обнаруживает выдох в устройство.
9. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором компьютер сконфигурирован с возможностью входа в режим меню, когда датчик давления обнаруживает затяжку через устройство.
10. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором компьютер сконфигурирован с возможностью входа в режим меню, когда датчик давления обнаруживает короткий резкий выдох в устройство.
11. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором компьютер сконфигурирован с возможностью входа в режим меню, когда датчик давления обнаруживает короткую резкую затяжку через устройство.
12. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором компьютер сконфигурирован с возможностью входа в режим меню, когда датчик давления обнаруживает два или более коротких резких выдоха в устройство.
13. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором компьютер сконфигурирован с возможностью входа в режим меню, когда датчик давления обнаруживает две или более коротких резких затяжки через устройство.
14. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, представляющее собой электронную сигарету.
15. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором компьютером является микроконтроллер.
16. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором режим меню позволяет пользователю выбрать опцию меню из двух или более опций.
17. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором компьютер имеет режим нормальной работы, позволяющий пользователю использовать устройство в его основной функции и вдыхать, используя ингаляционное устройство.
18. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором режим меню активизируется пользователем, взаимодействующим с устройством.
19. Устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором опция меню выбирается пользователем, взаимодействующим с устройством.
