Abstract

変調音声信号を読み取るように構成された装置で受信してもよい。関連したメニュー選択肢がこのデータを記憶装置から消去するように働き、それによって記憶装置が空になる。
孔質の貯蔵用複合体39を備える。この複合体39は例えば連通気泡発泡プラスチック材料であり、ニコチン含有液などの気化性液体で含浸されている。この液体が使用時に蒸気装置32によって気化される。複合体39は液体容器として働き、吸い口31を取り外し交換することが容易にできることから、多孔質複合体39内の液体が無くなって再補充する必要があるときに、複合体39を詰め替えカプセルとして使用することができる。
放通路(図示せず)で液体連通状態にあって、蒸気装置32内の圧力降下が制御装置33内の回路基板46の圧力センサで検出されるようになっていてもよい。また、図7および8の実施形態の小型制御装置47のプログラムを図1〜6の実施形態のコンピュータ20のプログラムと同様にして、圧力センサ16からの測定圧力を監視して本装置を適切に制御してもよく、具体的には上記のようにソフトウェアを実行して種々のメニューモードを上記のように制御してもよい。
Claims (51)
- 電池およびコンピュータを備え、前記コンピュータはコンピュータ演算装置、記憶装置、および入出力手段を備え、前記コンピュータは、使用時に利用者がメニューモードを起動すると、前記メニューモードに入るように構成されている電子式吸入装置。
- 前記電子式吸入装置は電子タバコであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記コンピュータはマイクロプロセッサであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードによって、利用者は2つ以上のメニュー選択肢からメニュー選択肢を選択することが可能になることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードによって、利用者は前記装置の動作パラメータを変更することが可能になることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記コンピュータは通常モードを備え、前記通常モードによって利用者は前記装置をその基本機能で使用することができるようになり、前記吸入装置を用いて吸入することができるようになることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記コンピュータは、使用時に利用者が前記メニューモードを起動すると、前記通常モードから前記メニューモードに変わるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードでは、吸入の前記通常モード機能が停止されていることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードは、前記装置と相互にやり取りしている利用者によって起動されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニュー選択肢は、前記装置と相互にやり取りしている利用者によって選択されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記装置は前記コンピュータに接続された入力装置を備え、前記メニューモードは前記入力装置を介して起動されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記装置は前記コンピュータに接続された入力装置を備え、前記メニュー選択肢は前記入力装置を介して選択されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記入力装置はスイッチを備えることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記入力装置はボタンを備えることを特徴とする請求項11乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記入力装置は圧力センサを備えることを特徴とする請求項11乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記コンピュータは、使用時に前記圧力センサが前記装置の通常モード使用を外れた動作を検出すると、前記メニューモードに入るように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記コンピュータは、前記圧力センサが前記装置に息が吹き込まれたことを検出すると、前記メニューモードに入るように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項15または16に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記コンピュータは、前記装置が吸引されたことを前記圧力センサが検出すると、前記メニューモードに入るように構成されている請求項15乃至17のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記コンピュータは、前記圧力センサが前記装置に息が一気大量に吹き込まれたことを検出すると、前記メニューモードに入るように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項15乃至18のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記コンピュータは、前記装置が一気大量に吸引されたことを前記圧力センサが検出すると、前記メニューモードに入るように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項15乃至19のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記コンピュータは、前記圧力センサが前記装置に息が2回以上一気大量に吹き込まれたことを検出すると、前記メニューモードに入るように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項15乃至20のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記コンピュータは、前記装置が2回以上一気大量に吸引されたことを前記圧力センサが検出すると、前記メニューモードに入るように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項15乃至21のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記装置は加熱要素を有する気化器をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至22のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記装置が前記メニューモードにあるときには、前記気化器は起動しないことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードでは、選択されたメニュー選択肢によって、前記加熱要素に供給される電流が変わることを特徴とする請求項23または24に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードでは、選択されたメニュー選択肢によって、前記加熱要素に供給される電流波形が変わることを特徴とする請求項23乃至25のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードでは、前記装置が圧力センサを備える場合は、選択されたメニュー選択肢によって、前記加熱要素が起動される圧力閾値が変わることを特徴とする請求項23乃至26のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードでは、選択されたメニュー選択肢によって、前記加熱要素に供給さ
れる電力が変わることを特徴とする請求項23乃至27のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。 - 前記メニューモードでは、選択されたメニュー選択肢によって、気化パラメータが変わることを特徴とする請求項23乃至28のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードでは、選択されたメニュー選択肢によって、加熱要素起動時間が変わることを特徴とする請求項23乃至29のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードでは、選択されたメニュー選択肢によって、蒸気の増量が可能になり、それによって前記加熱要素への電力が吸入の開始時に増大することを特徴とする請求項23乃至30のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記加熱要素は加熱コイルであることを特徴とする請求項23乃至31のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードでは、選択されたメニュー選択肢によって前記装置の校正が可能になることを特徴とする請求項23乃至32のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードでは、選択されたメニュー選択肢によって、パラメータを調整して前記装置を校正することが可能になることを特徴とする請求項33に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記校正は、前記加熱要素に供給される前記電流を調整することを含むことを特徴とする請求項33または34に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記校正は前記コイルの気化効率を調整することを含むことを特徴とする請求項33乃至35のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記装置は液体貯蔵部に液体をさらに備え、前記校正は、前記加熱要素で気化される前記液体の量を調整することを含むことを特徴とする請求項33乃至36のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードでは、選択されたメニュー選択肢によって前記装置をリセットすることができるようになることを特徴とする請求項1乃至37のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記装置は利用者の前記装置の使用に関連する使用データをさらに備え、前記使用データは前記コンピュータ記憶装置に保存されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至38のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードでは、選択されたメニュー選択肢によって、前記使用データが前記コンピュータ記憶装置から消去されることを特徴とする請求項39に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードでは、選択されたメニュー選択肢によって、前記使用データの伝達が起動されることを特徴とする請求項39または40に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記装置は音声信号発生手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至41のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードでは、利用者の前記装置の使用に関連する前記データは前記音声信号発生手段を用いて伝達されることを特徴とする請求項42に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記装置は、前記メニューモードに入ると、利用者に音声信号で通知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項42または43に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記装置は、前記メニューモードを出ると、利用者に音声信号で通知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項42乃至44のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記装置は、利用者が複数のメニュー選択肢間を移動すると、前記利用者に音声信号で通知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項42乃至45のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記装置は、メニュー選択肢が選択されると、利用者に音声信号で通知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項42乃至46のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記装置は、装置の所定の停止時間を過ぎると前記メニューモードを出るように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至47のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記メニューモードでは、選択されたメニュー選択肢によって前記装置が前記メニューモードを出ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至48のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
- 前記装置は、前記電池および前記コンピュータを備える制御装置を備え、前記制御装置は気化器に着脱自在であり、前記装置は、前記気化器が前記制御装置から外されると、前記メニューモードを出るように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至49のいずれか1項に記載の電子式吸入装置。
