Claims (1)

Система (ЭГПК) ДВС, включающая гидроцилиндр с верхней камерой управления, в которой выполнен продольный паз для торможения скорости плунжера, установленного в гидроцилиндре и взаимодействующего с подпружиненным клапаном двигателя, электромеханический гидрораспределитель, подключенный к верхней камере управления через продольный паз, гидронасос с напорной масляной магистралью, подключенной к верхней камере управления, редукционный клапан для поддержания постоянным давления масла после гидронасоса и магистраль слива масла в картер двигателя, отличающаяся тем, что плунжер выполнен заодно с клапаном двигателя и делит гидроцилиндр на верхнюю и нижнюю камеры управления, при этом площадь плунжера, через которую передается усилие давления масла, в обеих камерах равны, а кроме того, в нижней камере выполнен уступ для ограничения избыточного хода клапана при его открытии и смонтированы два электромагнитных клапана, один из которых подключен выше уступа для периодического слива масла из камеры в картер двигателя, а второй - ниже уступа для периодической подачи масла в камеру из напорной масляной магистрали после гидронасоса, а в верхней камере выполнено окно и жиклер, подсоединенные к напорной масляной магистрали посредством трубопровода с гидроаккумулятором и регулятора давления «после себя», поддерживающего в трубопроводе давление масла ниже, чем давление масла в напорной масляной магистрали, создаваемое гидронасосом, а кроме того, на гидроцилиндре установлен бесконтактный датчик контроля хода клапана.ICE system (EGPK), including a hydraulic cylinder with an upper control chamber, in which a longitudinal groove is made for braking the speed of a plunger installed in a hydraulic cylinder and interacting with a spring-loaded engine valve, an electromechanical hydraulic distributor connected to the upper control chamber through a longitudinal groove, a hydraulic pump with a pressure oil line connected to the upper control chamber, a pressure reducing valve to maintain constant oil pressure after the hydraulic pump and the oil drain line to the crankcase of the engine, characterized in that the plunger is integral with the engine valve and divides the hydraulic cylinder into upper and lower control chambers, while the area of the plunger through which the oil pressure is transmitted is equal in both chambers, and in addition, a step is made in the lower chamber for limiting excess valve travel when it is opened and two solenoid valves are mounted, one of which is connected above the step for periodic oil drain from the chamber to the engine crankcase, and the second is below the step for periodic oil supply to the chamber from the pressure oil line after the hydraulic pump, and in the upper chamber a window and a nozzle are made, connected to the pressure oil line by means of a pipeline with a hydraulic accumulator and a pressure regulator “behind itself”, which maintains the oil pressure in the pipeline lower than the oil pressure in the pressure oil line created by the hydraulic pump and, in addition, a non-contact valve stroke control sensor is installed on the hydraulic cylinder.
