Claims (28)
1. Устройство для распределения материала между двумя валиками ламинатора, содержащее:
a) по меньшей мере два бака для хранения реагентов, каждый бак для хранения реагентов имеет шестеренный насос;
b) смеситель, соединенный с шестеренными насосами;
c) дозирующее сопло, соединенное со смесителем;
d) датчик уровня, смонтированный на перекладине между двумя валиками; и
e) по меньшей мере один контейнер для хранения растворителя, соединенный со смесителем.
2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что датчик уровня электронным образом подключен к шестеренным насосам баков для хранения реагентов.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, то смеситель имеет скорость перемешивания от 1000 об./мин. до 8000 об./мин.
4. Способ распределения материала между двумя валиками ламинатора, включающий:
a) подачу по меньшей мере двух реагентов из отдельных баков для хранения реагентов;
b) приведение в контакт реагентов со смесителем, имеющим скорость перемешивания от 1000 об./мин. до 8000 об./мин.;
c) смешивание реагентов в смесителе в течение менее 60 секунд с получением смешанного продукта;
d) введение смешанного продукта в дозирующее сопло;
e) распределение смешанного продукта из дозирующего сопла между двумя валиками;
f) прекращение подачи реагентов;
g) подачу первого растворителя из первого бака для хранения растворителя;
h) приведение в контакт первого растворителя со смесителем;
) введение первого растворителя в дозирующее сопло;
j) распределение первого растворителя из дозирующего сопла между двумя валиками;
k) прекращение подачи первого растворителя; и
l) повторение стадий a) – e).
5. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что после прекращения подачи первого растворителя на стадии k) повторяют стадии g) – k) со вторым растворителем, подаваемым из второго бака для хранения растворителя, который отличен от первого растворителя.
6. Способ по любому из п. 4 или 5, отличающийся тем, что материал, распределяемый между двумя валиками, представляет собой адгезив для ламинирования, выбранный из группы полиуретановых адгезивов, эпоксидных адгезивов, акрилатных адгезивов и их гибридных адгезивов.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 4-6, отличающийся тем, что один из по меньшей мере двух реагентов содержит первый реагент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из метилендифенилдиизоцианата, толуолдиизоцианата, гексаметилендиизоцианата, изофорондиизоцианата, циклоалифатических изоцианатов, полиизоцианатов, алифатических полиуретановых преполимеров, ароматических полиуретановых преполимеров и их смесей.

Способ по любому из пп. 4-7, отличающийся тем, что один из по меньшей мере двух реагентов содержит второй реагент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из простых полиэфирполиолов, сложных полиэфирполиолов, поликарбонатполиолов, полибутадиенполиолов и их сополимеров и смесей, этиленгликоля, диэтиленгликоля, пропиленгликоля, дипропиленгликоля, неопентилгликоля, 1,4-бутандиола, 1,6-гександиола, триметилолпропана и их смесей.

Способ по любому из пп. 4-8, отличающийся тем, что первый и/или второй растворитель выбран из группы, состоящей из сложных эфиров двухосновных кислот, полиолов, этиленгликоля, диэтиленгликоля, дипропиленгликоля, дибензоата диэтиленгликоля, сложного диэфира гексанола, дитерефталата, этилацетата, бутилацетата, ацетона, метилэтилкетона, метилбутилкетона, ксилола, толуола и их смесей.
10. Адгезив для слоистых материалов, полученный в ламинаторе, в который материал доставляют с помощью устройства по п. 1.
11. Ламинатор, содержащий множество валиков и дополнительно содержащий устройство по п. 1.
