Claims (18)
1. Блок для непрерывной ультрафильтрации потока поступающего материала, который содержит биофармацевтические и биологические макромолекулярные продукты, включающий по меньшей мере один капиллярный ультрафильтрационный модуль, причем
по меньшей мере один насос перемещает поток поступающего материала в капилляры ультрафильтрационного модуля,
насос вытесняющего действия перемещает поток поступающего материала из капилляров и
по меньшей мере один дополнительный насос создает ток промывочной жидкости по внешней стороне капилляров,
указанный блок свободен от мер для циркулирующего течения потока поступающего материала и промывочной жидкости в ультрафильтрационный модуль.
2. Блок по п. 1, включающий дополнительно средство для регулируемого отвода промывочной жидкости из ультрафильтрационного модуля.
3. Блок по одному из пп. 1 или 2, причем несколько капиллярных ультрафильтрационных модулей соединены в серию или параллельно.
4. Способ непрерывной ультрафильтрации потока поступающего материала, содержащего биофармацевтические и биологические макромолекулярные продукты в блоке для непрерывной ультрафильтрации, причем поток поступающего материала промывают промывочной жидкостью посредством по меньшей мере одной капиллярной мембраны для ультрафильтрации капиллярного ультрафильтрационного модуля посредством подачи указанного потока поступающего материала в капилляр, а промывочную
жидкость перемещают по внешней стороне капилляра, причем поток поступающего материала и промывочную жидкость непрерывно подают в ультрафильтрационный модуль и непрерывно отводят из ультрафильтрационного модуля, причем поток поступающего материала и промывочную жидкость перемещают в ультрафильтрационный модуль без циркуляции, а отвод потока поступающего материала регулируют таким образом, что нежелательный результирующий поток из внутренней части капилляра не может пройти на внешнюю сторону капилляра или наоборот.
5. Способ по п. 4, причем в блоке для непрерывной ультрафильтрации продукт в потоке поступающего материала максимально концентрируют в 2 раза или соответственно разбавляют в 2 раза.
6. Способ по п. 4, причем промывочную жидкость подают в перекрестном токе или противотоке, предпочтительно в противотоке, к потоку поступающего материала.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 4-6, причем несколько капиллярных ультрафильтрационных модулей соединяют в серию или параллельно, и максимальная потеря давления в мембранах капиллярных ультрафильтрационных модулей не превышает 1 бар.
8. Производственная установка, включающая по меньшей мере один блок для непрерывной ультрафильтрации потока поступающего материала, содержащего биофармацевтические и биологические макромолекулярные продукты, по одному из пп. 1-3.
9. Производственная установка по п. 8, дополнительно включающая по меньшей мере один блок концентрирования, соединенный с блоком для непрерывной ультрафильтрации.
10. Производственная установка по п. 9, причем блок концентрирования включает:
насос для перемещения потока поступающего материала в контур концентрирования, включающий один или несколько мембранных модулей с выходом пермеата, насос для циркуляции в контуре концентрирования и емкость для удаления воздуха, а также
насос для перемещения содержащего белки раствора из контура концентрирования,
в качестве альтернативы, насос для осуществления протока через одноразовый, однопроходный мембранный модуль.
