Claims (35)

1. Способ формирования трехмерного объекта, содержащий:
формирование пленки путем подачи первой жидкости, содержащей воду и прекурсор гидрогеля; и
отверждение пленки, сформированной при формировании пленки,
в котором формирование и отверждение повторяются множество раз.
2. Способ формирования трехмерного объекта, содержащий:
формирование пленки путем подачи первой жидкости, содержащей воду и прекурсор гидрогеля;
формирование пленки путем подачи второй жидкости, содержащей отверждаемый материал, в положение, отличающееся от положения, в которое подается первая жидкость; и
отверждение пленок, сформированных в ходе соответствующего формирования пленки, в котором формирование пленки путем подачи первой жидкости, формирование пленки путем подачи второй жидкости и отверждение повторяются множество раз.
3. Способ формирования трехмерного объекта по п.1 или 2,
в котором прекурсор гидрогеля содержит диспергируемый в воде минерал и полимеризующийся мономер.
4. Способ формирования трехмерного объекта по п.3,
в котором диспергируемый в воде минерал является разбухающим от воды слоеным глинистым минералом.
5. Способ формирования трехмерного объекта по любому из пп.2-4, дополнительно содержащий:
отсоединение друг от друга части, сделанной из гидрогеля, произведенного из прекурсора гидрогеля, и части, сделанной из полимера, произведенного из отверждаемого материала.
6. Способ формирования трехмерного объекта по п.5,
в котором твердость резинового покрытия части, сделанной из гидрогеля, составляет от 6 до 60.
7. Способ формирования трехмерного объекта по любому из пп.1-6,
в котором способ для подачи жидкости является любым из струйного способа и способа раздачи.
8. Способ формирования трехмерного объекта по любому из пп.5-7,
в котором часть, сделанная из гидрогеля, и часть, сделанная из полимера, отделяются друг от друга за счет усадки при сушке.
9. Набор жидкостей для формирования трехмерного объекта, содержащий:
первую жидкость, содержащую воду и прекурсор гидрогеля; и
вторую жидкость, содержащую отверждаемый материал.
10. Трехмерный объект, содержащий:
гидрогель, который содержит воду в трехмерной сетчатой структуре, сформированной водорастворимым органическим полимером, образующим комплекс с диспергируемым в воде минералом.
11. Трехмерный объект по п.10,
в котором твердость резинового покрытия части, сделанной из гидрогеля, составляет от 6 до 60.
12. Трехмерный объект по п.10 или 11,
в котором включение, которое имеет либо другой цвет, либо другую твердость по сравнению с трехмерным объектом, располагается в намеченном положении в трехмерном объекте.
13. Трехмерный объект по любому из пп.10-12, содержащий:
удерживающее влагу покрытие.
14. Трехмерный объект по любому из пп.10-13, содержащий:
водорастворимую органическую среду.
15. Трехмерный объект по любому из пп.10-14,
который используется в качестве модели органа для обучения медицинским процедурам.
