Способ профилактики и реабилитации нарушения осанки у детей младшего дошкольного возраста (4-5 лет), включающий проведение ЛФК и массажа, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно проводят курс занятий на гребном тренажере, начиная со 100 гребков на первом занятии до 200 гребков на последнем занятии, увеличивая нагрузку с 200 кг/м до 800 кг/м на последнем занятии в конце курса, курс составляет 111 минут на протяжении 16 дней при суммарной нагрузке 7440 кг/м за 1920 гребков.1.
