Способ профилактики и реабилитации нарушений осанки у детей старшего дошкольного возраста (6-7 лет), включающий проведение лечебной физкультуры и массажа, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно проводят курс занятий на гребном тренажере, начиная с 300 гребков на первом занятии с соответствующим увеличением нагрузки до 2200 гребков в конце курса, с суммарной нагрузкой 17240 кг/м, занятия на тренажере проводят на протяжении 24 дней, длительность каждого курса 228 минут.1.
