Claims (40)
1. Катетер, содержащий:
удлиненный корпус катетера;
матрицу электродов, дистальную по отношению к корпусу катетера, причем матрица содержит:
по меньшей мере, первую и вторую опоры сердечника, при этом каждая опора сердечника включает в себя основание, имеющее плоскую конфигурацию, и множество сердечников, проходящих от основания; и
один или более электродов, размещенных на сердечниках,
при этом первое основание проходит в первой плоскости, а второе основание проходит во второй плоскости, отличной от первой плоскости.
2. Катетер по п. 1, в котором первая и вторая плоскости являются параллельными.
3. Катетер по п. 1, в котором первая и вторая плоскости не являются параллельными.
4. Катетер по п. 1, в котором каждый сердечник включает в себя проксимальный участок и дистальный участок, причем дистальные участки матрицы проходят в общей третьей плоскости.
5. Катетер по п. 4, в котором третья плоскость параллельна, по меньшей мере, одной из первой и второй плоскостей.
6. Катетер по п. 4, в котором дистальные участки матрицы являются линейными.
7. Катетер по п. 6, в котором дистальные участки матрицы являются параллельными друг другу.
8. Катетер по п. 1, в котором матрица электродов включает в себя стержень, имеющий просвет, в котором закреплены основания, по меньшей мере, первой и второй опор сердечника.
9. Катетер по п. 1, в котором каждый сердечник имеет свободный дистальный конец.
10. Катетер по п. 1, в котором каждый сердечник имеет дистальный конец, который соединен с, по меньшей мере, одним дистальным концом другого сердечника.
11. Катетер, содержащий:
удлиненный корпус катетера;
матрицу электродов, дистальную по отношению к корпусу катетера, причем матрица содержит:
монтажный элемент, имеющий проксимальный конец, прикрепленный дистально по отношению к корпусу катетера;
по меньшей мере, первую и вторую опоры сердечника, при этом каждая опора сердечника включает в себя основание, имеющее плоскую конфигурацию, и множество сердечников, проходящих от основания;
неэлектропроводное покрытие на каждом сердечнике; и
один или более электродов, размещенных на сердечниках,
при этом первое основание закреплено в просвете монтажного элемента в первой плоскости, а второе основание закреплено в просвете во второй плоскости, отличной от первой плоскости.
12. Катетер по п. 11, в котором первая и вторая плоскости являются параллельными.
13. Катетер по п. 11, в котором первая и вторая плоскости не являются параллельными.
14. Катетер по п. 11, в котором каждый сердечник включает в себя проксимальный участок и дистальный участок, и дистальные участки матрицы проходят в общей третьей плоскости.
15. Катетер по п. 14, в котором третья плоскость параллельна, по меньшей мере, одной из первой и второй плоскостей.
16. Катетер по п. 14, в котором дистальные участки матрицы являются линейными.
17. Катетер по п. 16, в котором дистальные участки матрицы являются параллельными друг другу.
18. Катетер, содержащий:
удлиненный корпус катетера;
матрицу электродов, дистальную по отношению к корпусу катетера, причем матрица содержит:
крепежный монтажный стержень, имеющий проксимальный конец, прикрепленный дистально по отношению к корпусу катетера;
по меньшей мере, первую и вторую опоры сердечника, при этом каждая опора сердечника включает в себя основание, имеющее плоскую конфигурацию, и множество сердечников, проходящих от основания;
неэлектропроводное покрытие на каждом сердечнике; и
один или более электродов, размещенных на сердечниках,
при этом первое основание закреплено в просвете стержня в первой плоскости, а второе основание закреплено в просвете стержня во второй плоскости, отличной от первой плоскости,
при этом каждый сердечник имеет дистальный линейный участок, а дистальные линейные участки матрицы параллельны друг другу.
19. Катетер по п. 18, в котором дистальные линейные участки матрицы параллельны продольной оси стержня.
20. Катетер по п. 18, в котором множество сердечников составляет от около двух до шести.
