Claims (37)

1. Катетер, содержащий
удлиненный корпус катетера;
дистальный электродный элемент, имеющий пористую подложку и множество поверхностных электродов на частях наружной поверхности пористой подложки, при этом пористая подложка имеет внутреннюю камеру, выполненную с возможностью приема проводящей текучей среды;
множество питающих проводов, каждый из которых соединен с соответствующим поверхностным электродом; и
питающий провод, имеющий дистальную часть, проходящую во внутреннюю камеру, причем этот питающий провод выполнен с возможностью электризации проводящей текучей среды в камере,
при этом пористая подложка выполнена с возможностью пропускания проводящей текучей среды из камеры к наружной поверхности пористой подложки.
2. Катетер по п. 1, в котором пористая подложка содержит совместимый с МРТ материал.
3. Катетер по п. 1, в котором поверхностные электроды содержат совместимый с МРТ материал.
4. Катетер по п. 1, в котором пористая подложка содержит по меньшей мере один материал из группы, состоящей из керамического материала, полиэтилена и тефлона.
5. Катетер по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий промежуточную отклоняющуюся секцию между корпусом катетера и дистальным электродом.
6. Катетер по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий трубку орошения, выполненную с возможностью подачи проводящей текучей среды в камеру.
7. Катетер по п. 1, в котором каждый поверхностный электрод имеет площадь поверхности, находящуюся в диапазоне от 0,2 мм2 до 2 мм2.
8. Катетер по п. 1, в котором дистальная часть питающего провода в камере является нелинейной.
9. Катетер по п. 1, в котором упомянутое множество поверхностных электродов находится в диапазоне от примерно одного до двадцати.
10. Катетер по п. 1, в котором упомянутое множество поверхностных электродов имеют форму в соответствии с конфигурацией с выступом.
11. Катетер, содержащий:
удлиненный корпус катетера;
дистальный электродный элемент, имеющий пористую подложку и множество поверхностных электродов, при этом пористая подложка имеет по меньшей мере одну открытую площадь поверхности, простирающуюся между по меньшей мере парой поверхностных электродов, причем пористая подложка имеет внутреннюю камеру, выполненную с возможностью приема проводящей текучей среды;
множество питающих проводов, каждый из которых соединен с соответствующим поверхностным электродом; и
питающий провод, имеющий дистальную часть, проходящую во внутреннюю камеру, причем этот питающий провод выполнен с возможностью электризации проводящей текучей среды в камере,
при этом пористая подложка выполнена с возможностью пропускания проводящей текучей среды из камеры к упомянутой по меньшей мере одной открытой площади поверхности.
12. Катетер по п. 11, в котором пористая подложка содержит совместимый с МРТ материал.
13. Катетер по п. 11, в котором поверхностные электроды содержат совместимый с МРТ материал.
14. Катетер по п. 12, в котором пористая подложка содержит керамический материал.
15. Катетер по п. 11, дополнительно содержащий промежуточную отклоняющуюся секцию между корпусом катетера и дистальным электродным элементом.
16. Катетер по п. 11, дополнительно содержащий трубку орошения, выполненную с возможностью подачи текучей среды в камеру.
17. Катетер по п. 11, в котором дистальная часть питающего провода в камере свернута в виде спирали.
18. Катетер по п. 11, в котором упомянутое множество поверхностных электродов находится в диапазоне от примерно шести до двенадцати.
19. Катетер по п. 11, дополнительно содержащий заглушку на проксимальном конце пористой подложки.
20. Катетер, содержащий:
удлиненный корпус катетера;
промежуточную отклоняющуюся секцию дистально от корпуса катетера;
дистальный электродный элемент, имеющий пористую подложку и множество поверхностных электродов, при этом пористая подложка имеет по меньшей мере одну открытую площадь поверхности, простирающуюся между по меньшей мере парой поверхностных электродов, причем пористая подложка имеет внутреннюю камеру, выполненную с возможностью приема проводящей текучей среды;
множество питающих проводов, каждый из которых соединен с соответствующим поверхностным электродом;
трубку орошения, выполненную с возможностью пропускания проводящей текучей среды в камеру;
питающий провод, имеющий дистальную часть, проходящую во внутреннюю камеру, причем этот питающий провод выполнен с возможностью электризации проводящей текучей среды в камере,
при этом пористая подложка выполнена с возможностью пропускания проводящей текучей среды из камеры к упомянутой по меньшей мере одной открытой площади поверхности.
